Extremely poor customer service the team is so unfriendly and the printing price is crazy high they charge 4$ to print one page.. the lady Nicloe is so unprofessional that if the team gave me the right name for her as they refused to share names at the start! You guys need to do something with these employees they are affecting your image

Terrible location, service always sucks. came here to return an eBay package which the return was paid for by the seller, I asked to print the return label for it, they refused and claimed I would have to pay to print the return label. How does that make any sense when the return service has been paid for. Other locations have let me print labels by emailing them to the store, why turn away a paying customer for the cost of 5 cents. I went to another location and print my label easily.

I am reading the reviews and I conclude that I am not the only one that I had the same horrible experience in this UPS. When I asked a simple (and probably dumb) question to an employer named Nicole (according to my receipt), I received a very rude response, just because I wanted to make sure about the delivery address. I was wondering if you guys have any problems/ issues receiving people from different countries/ backgrounds in your store ... We are in 2024, remember that.

i came in to mail a mercari package: TLDR: the white lady that helped me was rude for absolutely no reason.i came in yes, 20 min before close but the interaction takes 10 seconds. and two, i made a mistake, but you can correct a customer who isn't giving attitude without giving one yourself. i didn't know that you either need to print the label or scan the QR code provided and not both, but she acted like i was the dumbest person in the world

My Mom came here to return some packages. She's older and has a hard time understanding things. The ladies behind the desk treated her terribly, got angry and frustrated with her, even though she was perfectly polite and sweet. They should be ashamed of themselves bullying a senior citizen. They wouldn't even look her in the eye or treat her like a human being. I'll make sure to spread the word about UPS since this is the type of people they hire.

Very poor customer service the lady behind the counter doesn’t know how to talk with a customer she was disrespectful and very rude not only with me with most of the customers, very disappointed to went there, just printed one page charged me $10 plus just one regular page

Lady behind the counter was RUDE AF. Just trying to return some amazon packages and asking her to scan a code on my phone was appearently too much. Will not return here

My wife had our invitations, placecards, and order of service for our wedding printed here. Abraham, the owner, was very helpful and quick with the printing. I received nothing but excellent customer service from him and his staff.An example of this was when our placecards were mis-printed due to a miscommunication. After being alerted of the issue, Abraham was in the store early the next morning to ensure that the placecards were re-printed and ready for me to pick up in time to get them to our reception venue.On top of our experience working with him, his prices were more than fair. Wedding printing always seems to be at a premium, but when helping us Abraham did not see an opportunity to pad his pockets, instead he charged us the normal printing rates. Frankly, given the experience we had getting our most important documents printed here, I would have gladly paid premium prices!
