I found the staff professional and patient, advising on most affordable options which can fulfill the needs. The waiting time was acceptable during weekends, they seemed to allocate workloads pretty efficiently.

Rude employees who don't listen when you ask for something. Then argue that you didn't say that. When you come for one specific item, and they just do what they want. I have lost complete trust in the PO. Unfortunately the few employees who are good, have to deal with the rest.

I am home in VA. where the postal service is the best. They carry many sizes flat-postal boxes for f r e e. I used them in.Fishkill, NY to send empty meds boxes to my friend in Herdon and they aways arrived in three days. This was a stamp size P O but they delivered like any in N VA. Some are open for electronical mailing all night. Like the one on Rolling Rd. I love the USPO system.

I tried to send a new unpacked phone abroad but they said their computer system doesn’t allow to do that. I called to the customer service to make sure, and the US postal customer service told me that they were wrong. I could send my package. They had to ask someone who knows better than them. when I asked to talk to manager, they just refused and kept saying wrong information. It’s really annoying. They had to be trained more.

Went to apply for a passport and Arlene crossed out the picture of my REAL I.D which was proof for secondary photo I.D. and instead used my credit card and wrote down “visual check on credit card”. On the copy of I.D paperFor proof I had the (1)DL which is out of state and have a legitimate photo ID card that is considered a REAL ID(2)And on the passport website it states, I can use a secondary “Out of state DL annnnnd “Out of State non DL ID”It was apparent to me she was not competent enough in the application process to realize what a State ID card is and that’s it’s a legit form of verifying my identificationI hope my passport application is not messed up because she crossed a line on my State ID card that was paired with my out of state DL. If my passport comes in without delay and without problems I will updated my review. But the issue was that she was well informed and crossed something out that she needed have done based off what the site says of having at least 2 ways of verifying identification

Usps missed my package pickup so the call center member offered to open a case for a local callback. Asia was very prompt in calling me before end of day with an update. I was able to ask additional questions and find an alternate solution which included dropping off the package in the 24/7 lobby. While it was not the outcome I was expecting I appreciate the information provided and the timely response.

Scheduled an appointment for passport services over a week in advance. We arrived 5 minutes early and went to the passport area to which is a closed door with a sign to “Knock one time”. First off, why have a closed door with a peephole and asked people who have scheduled appointments to knock to get someone’s attention? Odd. I knocked and we waited. 5, 10, 15 minutes pass with no answer. I thought maybe a prior appointment was still taking place and just waited. At the 20 minute mark, our appointment slot was almost over so I asked one of the representatives if there was someone in the office for our appointment. She asked when our appointment was scheduled and I said “2:30” with it now being 2:50. She goes back and soon enough a woman opens the door starting with “You are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you need to reschedule”. I explained to her that we had be here, 5 minutes early even, knocked and waited. “Well I’m sitting right here and I didn’t hear you knock.” She responded. We went back and forth for a moment before she huffed and said “I’m not going to argue with you, come in.” She took a look at one of my documents and said “They are going to reject your application.” With no solutions offered, we decided to end the meeting. The entire interaction was disrespectful and made me feel like I was wasting her time and inconveniencing her. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe just doesn’t like her job. Fine, but that isn’t my fault? After this experience, I went through other reviews and saw similar events take place. How does she still have this job?

Went to this place to ship a small package on 7/19/23. They made a mistake by labeling over the shipping label I put and instead of trying to fix their issue, they made me go home and come back to reship it. I was so furious for wasting my time and $$$. Train your employees better. I would love to speak with the manager or the regional manager about this

Almost all of my package get returned to sender as undeliverable. I have lived in this house over 10 years and the last 2 years I can't get a package without FedEx or UPS.

I went to this post office to apply for my passport and had this appointment set for about a month. I had all my paperwork printed and all my documents in order. I arrived 5 minutes BEFORE my allotted appointment time and waited behind a family that was getting theirs done. They finished up 35 minutes past my schedule appointment. After they left, the passport clerk was rude and told me I was more than 5 minutes late so I needed to reschedule my appointment. I told her I arrived before my appointment time. She said that since I wasn't here 10 minutes before my appointment she took the family early. She was extremely rude, combative, and told me to reschedule because she didn't have anymore time. I made another appointment at another location so I do not have to deal with her again.
