A few days ago went to this Verizon store on Braddock across from George Mason University, Jorge greeted me with excellent customer service and helped me set up my new phone. Very knowledgeable representative highly recommended to ask for Jorge.

I went to the store in need of help with a few settings on my phone. I should have asked him for his name. I don't like when talk down to you. I'm not a idiot. I'm just not a Verizon store employee. The guy was more concerned with whatever he was watching on his tablet then helping me. I got the vibe that I was bothering him. If he treats everyone like that. He won't have to worry about being interrupted. Guy needs some serious retraining.

Madison is absolutely amazing! She has been so helpful though out the transition process from boo ?? Tmobile to Yay ? Verizon, she has the best customer service skills and is a perfect representation of what the VZW brand should be. Always ask for Madison when you need anything from this location

After dealing with the unscrupulous Victra/Verizon store in Manassas this place was the opposite.
Madison was patient, pleasant, and very helpful. She took the time to fix my problem and kept me informed during the process. Overall great customer service!
I highly recommend this Verizon retailer.

My plan was not renewing because of a very simple miscommunication issue which was unnecessarily made complicated by some representatives at another Verizon outlet in Fairfax. I came to the Braddock outlet a little apprehensive expecting similarly unnecessarily rude treatment BUT Madison (the representative at the Braddock outlet) was amazing. She answered all my questions with grace and while maintaining complete professionalism. She went out of her way to help me with my problem and had my plan renewed in minutes and explained everything I needed to do in case I run into further issues. As an international student not familiar with the weird American phone-phone plan dynamics, having my questions answered in a professional and non-condescending manner meant a lot. Madison deserves a raise.

I stopped in, having an issue with my new iPhone and unable to set it up. Jorge was very knowledgeable and helped me. It was Friday afternoon, before a long holiday weekend, but he did not rush. In fact he took extra steps to ensure the problem was completely resolved and all my questions were answered before I left. I would recommend Jorge for any needs at this Verizon store!
