Walked in at 6:30 for help with a payment. I understand this is 30 minutes before they close but they treated me as if I walked in at 7. The lady was so rude to me made a comment to the other customer told to them to come back if they needed help just not at “6:30”. The lady clearly didn’t wanna help when she finished up with her customer so I just left. I recommend Verzion just not this location

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I sent an email to their corporate headquarters regarding the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Was going to buy the new iphone 15 and also add a new line to my account of over 20 years with them. But because of that one employee (from 12/12/23 evening), I decided not to.

Mike Gordy was excellent helping both my husband upgrade to a new phone, as well as myself! He was so knowledgeable and kind, making our visit to Verizon last week really pleasant. I normally put off going to a Verizon store (!) but not any longer since we have found Mike. Thank you for your wonderful help and assistance - very much appreciated!

Do you best to avoid this place! It will make you feel the worst. The guy works around 4:30pm on Tuesday needs to learn how to treat customers or people in general. He was on the computer all the time I was there to get some help and the way he talks is like I owe him money or something. SO RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to work, that's fine but Verizon please educate your employees before they serve customers. I can't believe he still gets to be paid after this.

A big cup of coffee spilled in my bag and my phone was soaked. My phone is also my only way to getting around; I need it for traveling etc. I am so grateful to the person who was at the desk that day. Omg Arjun was super nice. Helped me find a store to go to and was very supportive while I was about to lose it!! Thanks so so much Arjun. I appreciate you and I'm sorry for the late review. Above and beyond. This had to be the best customer experiences I've ever had at a Verizon store. Usually it really sucks. Just make sure and call before you go to this store to ask them what services they offer.Excellent and kind!! Thanks very much for everything Arjun. God bless you.
