Unreliable and unprofessional! There is no one in this office!! We came at 1714 and the doors were locked. Knocked, and no answer. Called and no answer. Not one sign on the door saying it’s closed. Google maps shows they close at 2000!

Why is this store randomly closed at 3:55 on a Wednesday when their hours online say that they are open? The sticky note sign says "went to lunch brb :)" Wildly unprofessional to completely close at random hours of the day and then not even disclose when the employee will return. Terrible management.

I had to pay my last bill of $0.33, and I couldn’t do it online, and over the phone they asked for $10 fee, so I stop by at this location. It took them 30 seconds and they were so kind and helpful. Thank you!

The most basic concept of a business is open and close hours, this location can't grasp this concept however. TWO times I've driven over to return a phone during store hours and nobody is there. I'm not going a third time this is ridiculous this branch can't even stay open during its open hours. Please if management reads this fix this problem, have better training, and be open when you say you are open.

Worst location, don’t come here. Missed up my phone lines and numbers. They never open on time. Google and their own website says 10 am and they opened the store at 11. Today says closed at 5 instead of 8. I got there atb4 and door was locked. Have to call the actual version to fix my issue. No point of coming here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I placed an online order for in store pick up and within 30 minutes, this store CANCELLED my order stating "Because your order wasn't picked up, we've canceled your order and started your refund." Mind you, it hadn't even been a full hour yet and I had no notification that the order was even ready. I called a dozen times and not once did someone pick up the phone. I called Verizon and even the corporate office couldn't get anyone to answer the phone! Let me tell you, the supervisor I was speaking to was NOT happy and said they will be filing a formal inquiry as to why no staff would answer the phone within an hour's time period that I was on the phone with them.

The store was closed on a Monday at 12:15!!! No signs no nothing on the door !!! Just bad customer service! Never coming back!

Tried coming here Friday afternoon during business hours but it was closed?I wouldn't trust a business that pulls stuff like that. I recommend going to a different Verizon store.

Store is NEVER open when the business hours say they are open. Even have a lit-up neon sign and small flip sign in the window that says Open ... and the store is locked with no one inside. No one ever answers the phone, and left messages are never returned.RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE - HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Staff was dedicated to providing excellent service when I replaced two phones. They made sure all applications and data transferred completely, so great attention to details. Staff multitasked well to handle short interrupts from additional customers, but I would give 5 stars if they had additional staff to handle such walkin customers.

I’ve been trying to pick up a phone from this location for two days and no one is at the store during business hours. This confirmed my decision to not use Verizon anuthorized retailers ever again. They are terrible.
