Nashwa was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Even though she had other customers, she still took the time to help me without ever making me feel rushed.
I came in by myself and can’t see much without my glasses, but she explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect pair.
This was my second time coming here, and Nashwa's customer service is always outstanding. I went to the Fair Oaks Mall location in VA—it's about 45 minutes from me, and even though there are other branches closer, I came back here because of the amazing service.
Thank you, Nashwa! You are awesome, and I’ll definitely be back!

I came to Dr. Chang after a bad experience with another eye doctor, and I’m so glad I did. She’s not just a great doctor—she’s a real human being who genuinely cares. She took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and so compassionate. Her assistant was also wonderful and helped me pick out the perfect frames. I left feeling truly cared for. I can’t recommend Dr. Chang enough

Had my Appointment with Dr. Chang. She was absolutely amazing. Very kind, professional and went through a thorough screening that other optimists didn’t even mention. I had such perfect fitting with my contacts that my irritation on my eyes disappeared . I highly recommend seeing her! Thank you Dr. Chang for your time and explanations! You truly are the best!

I came in to get my eye exam and new glasses and the staff and optometrist were great. The two women working the front room even gave suggestions and helped with picking out my new pair of glasses. I believe their names were Nashwa and Anna. I'll definitely be back for my next exam and glasses.

Very ezzy to make appointments on line ,same day , doctor was cleafull and informative, equipment was newer looking not old. They talk to your Insurance company if needed, price was ok ,,. on line less by 200$ throw vsp, next time

There is a woman named Anna that works there. She knew I was having someone pick up my script bc I'm unhappy with my warranty. I can't legally drive without my eyeglasses. The woman Yenassa rom Manassas called to let her know someone was picking up my script and to give it to him. So Anna decided to tell my friend I need to be there to sign a paper to let my friend pick.up my script. Dors she not understand the irony??? One bad apple doesn't sum up.the whole store. I'll be driving over there without my glasses today
Let's hope I make it there. Im.posting this before I make my official review just in case I get into an accident bc of her decision knowing I'm driving ILLEGALLY.

This is a hidden gem, tucked on the lower level of Fair Oaks Mall, next to Macy’s. Was able to get a timely appointment, and, the front desk staff were very helpful. Most importantly, the optometrist, Dr. Bose, was very experienced, professional and caring. I will be seeing her from now on for yearly eye exams.
