I am only giving a 2 star rating because of Dr. Chang. I had my annual contact exam service and was trying on multifocal prescriptions. Dr. Chang was my initial doctor and she is the best. I had to return for a follow up and the doctor and the front office staff appeared uncaring about my vision needs and was just checking the boxes. I am only going back because of the amazing care I received from Dr. Chang and asked for her again. She is making this right. She truly cares about her patients. Thank you Dr. Chang!

The customer service here is catastrophic. I took eye exam then bought a glasses there. The exam was good with the doctor. When I received the glasses, which were progressive, I didn't feel right. They said trying for several days to let my eyes get adjusted. I didn't feel any better after 5 days, so I came back to ask them to check. Then they said "we are very busy, you need to make an appointment and you need to wear 3-4 weeks more to feel better". After 4 weeks I still didn't feel improving with the lateral views which were very blurry. I made an appointment and came back on time. And again, they said the same thing: "we are very busy, please wait for the doctor" even though I already made an appointment. I was waiting for 30 minutes, but there was no sign of help at all. This was too much work for just a pair of glasses. I returned the glasses ultimately. Too much of a hassle, never coming back, just go to any other glass store near you . Never going to have another HERE appointment again. Overall, over FOUR HOURS wasted. Go Somewhere else. Not recommend to anyone. Very bad customer service and explanation

Stay away. Go anywhere else. Made an appointment a week out to get contact lenses. Day before the appointment they call to confirm due to a scheduling issue, but I did not answer the phone, tried to call back and got put on hold for 15min and gave up. Called back later was told they cancelled the appointment, but was told if we came in they would still see us we may just have to wait as they were going to squeeze us in. Next day got to the appointment and again said we didn't have an appointment. After I explained they said ok wait we will see you. Said we wanted a contact lens exam, they said your insurance doesn't cover contact exam. We said yes we know that we will pay for it. They proceed to do a normal exam and when we ask about the contacts they again said your insurance doesn't cover it at this point we are beyond frustrated and just say forget it. Now we try to buy prescription sunglasses and use a $400 credit from out insurance and they want to us to pay an additional $400 when I ask why as the frames were only $250 we find out they were charging for the anti glare lenses which we did not ask for. So without that it brought the total out of pocket to $200 which is still insane $600 for a pair of sunglasses. We leave say the glasses will be in a couple weeks. Fast forward a few days they call to say the glasses we ordered are not available so we will have to pick something else out. Well when we go back none of the decent brand glasses are available only the crap cheap plastic so we say no thanks refund our money (which you should have never taken in the first place if you didn't have the product. She pulls up the refund which was for $19 less than what I paid. She claimed that was a copay for the exam. Again beyond frustrated at this point so we left. Called the insurance company on the way home to make sure the store credits back the $400 so we can get glasses elsewhere and ask about the copay. Lo and behold as we told visionworks there should have been no copay. Insurance is supposed to be fixing this on Monday and will be reaching out to visionworks to get us a refund. But all in all wasted about 4 hours and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Stay away from visionworks. Glasses places are a dime a dozen go anywhere else.

Ms. Guevarra was super helpful and nice so I gave this 2 stars instead of none. I was angry cause I made my appointment for 10 AM, but the lady at front desk said I need to wait until 11 AM and didn’t admit they made the appointment until I strongly refuted her and showed the confirmation email. The appointment finally started around 10:40 AM.
