I got a text when my prescription was ready. I walked in and asked for it and it indeed was ready and didn't have to wait. I was treated in a great way. They asked how I was doing and greeted me and were so polite and great. Customer service 10/10. There's was no problem it was quick and easy. They are great.

Good, fast service with staff that, for the most part, go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend.

The staff in this pharmacy are really nice and knowledgeable. The problem is that these people close in the middle of the day and go lunch. Many times arrives to get my prescription and they were closed. I know of no pharmacy who would shut down for lunch! Very annoying.

Was told it would be a 25 minute wait just to determine whether or not they had the medication I needed and there was no one behind me in line. Every other pharmacy I've ever been to is able to look it up on their computers and let me know if they have it on the spot. Highly recommend staying away from this pharmacy if you value your time.

Don't shop here... I'm a bus driver and drove a group of 100 people 40 miles to shop here. After I unloaded the group I went inside went to customer service and ask for the manager the lady questioned me and said what is it for? I replied I'm the bus driver for the big group that came in. She said the manager is busy I told her I'll come back after I grab my items. I do just that 10 min later I return to self checkout with two gallons of water and I I ask the self check out clerk can I see the manager he kindly walked me over where she was and I guess he told her I was waiting to see her. And he said just wait right here she's in a meeting and she will see you. So I wait 5-10 min still nothing so I politely walk back there and say hello excuse me but I am the bus driver for the large group that came in and I just wanted to know if you guys will do a complimentary comp for the bus drivers or a gift card or something? She replies in a bossy rude tone saying no I said o wow really not even for the 100 guest I just bought to your business? So the answer is no. So I just went and paid for my water that I had besides it only came to a $1.64 my point is I'm not writing about that Walmart could give me a credit I'm writing about the rude customer service except for the gentleman that walked me over to where she was. And when I approach her by the way she was just sitting at the desk looking bored and lazy like she didn't want to be seen. So this is a rude Walmart don't shop here if I could have I would have told my group to return everything they bought and that would have been hilarious they would have been working and extra 4 hrs past their shifts.

I don't normally write reviews on stores but after my EXTREMELY HORRIBLE experience with customer service today, I felt it was necessary to bring to the attention of higher management about how incredibly lazy and disrespectful their staff are. I went in today to look for imPress nails. After walking down the Beauty aisles, and thoroughly checking each section, I was unable to find them. I proceeded to ask an employee who was near the area for help. She brushed me off saying "We have it, go look go look". I then calmly asked her again, this time with explaining how I had looked online and saw that it was in stock. I also told her I had already checked the aisles. If she said they have it, I can't seem to find them, so if she could show me their location. With an unlistening ear, she repeatedly told me to "go look!" Frustrated, I went back into the section again to look for someone else to be of my assistance. I found another employee, and again, asked for help in finding the imPress nails. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT SHE SAID: "I don't work here!" Umm, she was price checking other items in the aisle, not to mention obviously wearing a Walmart uniform, and now telling ME that she doesn't work here?! Walmart Management, I ask you, do you really pay for people to "work" here? I simply asked not one, but TWO employees a simple question in helping me to find a product in the store. If they did not know, I would assume they could ask someone else to assist me. Her actions were extremely rude and disrespectful. You best believe I told her just that. Next, she sighed heavily and told me to talk to the woman in charge of the section. AND GUESS WHO IT WAS? It was the previous woman I had spoken to. The one who had brushed me off like my asking her a simple question was not part of her every day job duties and responsibilities. As if I was interfering with her "responsibilities" of standing around pretending to look busy and actually doing absolutely nothing?! When the first woman saw me, she got really upset with me and raised her voice, "I ALREADY TOLD YOU TO GO LOOK WHY DIDN'T YOU GO LOOK!!!" I wasn't going to waste my breath on inadequate disrespectful people who clearly would be of no further assistance to me. I sternly told them both that they had the worse customer service and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Walmart management, maybe you should hire employees who care.. or those who aren't lazy and are inclined to helping their customers because due to those two disrespectful employees, congratulations, you just lost a loyal customer. I will never come back to this Fairfax Walmart again. For those who were kind enough to read through my horrible experience, thank you, and I hope you see their low ratings as a sign to take your business elsewhere.

The pharmacist is extremely unethical. She refused to fill a prescription for post-surgical painkillers during a medical emergency. The store refused to discipline her, so she's now under review by the state licensing board. Avoid this negligent quack!

Worst Walmart in the area. Long lines not enough cashiers and only had 3 registers open, long lines in self check out as well! Saw management just watch and not do anything till 10 minutes laters as all lines got longer. Management should be fired for " just watching"! Lots of room for improvement.

Great selection here. People generally very polite. Customer service does western union and money orders and never been asked for my receipt
