Make sure that your pharmacy techs UNDERSTAND FSA and HSA cards and how they work for eligible items. The tech directed me to customer service today b/c she didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. Train/educate your staff PLEASE! It's annoying when people don't understand and just want to pass you on to others.

Horrible shopping experience. I had not set foot inside of Walmart in several years and my visit yesterday reminded me why. The store was an absolute zoo, filled with disrespectful employees blocking narrow aisles with restocking carts on a busy Saturday afternoon. I asked on employee to move their cart and informed them they were blocking the shelf I was trying to reach, all I got was a dirty look. As disrespectful as the employees were the customers were even worse. Children with no supervision running amuck and others just blocking aisles for no reason. Fifteen minutes in, I abandoned my cart and left for the safe confines of Target.

This was disappointing as a Walmart as there was no proper layout to the store. The aisles were small and the associates that work here were not very friendly at all. After about 15 minutes we took our items and checked out to make a trip to our local Harris Teeter

Huge parking with specially market sports for online pick up. Always busy and a line with the cashier. They do have self pay with staff.. l recommend it

Had to travel for fall party cakes! This stores smells bad, disorganized and staff is unfriendly! Not my cup of tea! The plus is it's the only store that Carrie's the fall party cakes chocolate! I don't like being my own cashier!!! Add more cashiers and stop being cheap!

So frustrated, sent my 17 yo to pick up online grocery over. Missing milk and cheese out of two other items. it was only a 12 item order. Is this on purpose? Two expensive items that were not received.

Good location . Good super center . Nice products and we get almost everything within one roof . Electronics , food , vegetables , cloth, and whatever u can think of . Super center and it is bigger than other locations . Billing can be quick . Service can be better . Sometimes there is no help if we are looking for something . Takes a long time to Find products . Crazy parking facility . Overall good but can be better ..

One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.

Good luck finding a Walmart that actually has a working Water refill station which is the only reason I go to Walmart! The one in Vienna ALWAYS has an Out of Order sign when I bring my 5 gallon water jugs in to refill! I hate going to Walmart when no attempts are made for refill stations to be working!

It's Walmart. There are many like this, but this one is mine. Okay having a bit of fun with a movie. This store can be extremely busy. The all self checkout out idea has sped things up. Yet the store here, can get mobbed, and it's frustrating. There's no rhyme or reason I can discern. Get bottles of water, or some grocery items here. Also I do like that they have a good video game section. Just like other Walmarts, they lost their cujones, and stopped selling firearms. That leaves a bad taste for me, so I do go out of my way, to purchase other items elsewhere as a response to this. The fishing and camping equipment here stinks. It said they have Prime sports drinks on their site, but they don't have them in stock.

I really hate walmart. I despise the people that work there that have no idea how to do their job and no customer service skills. I put in an hour yesterday for "same day pickup". My order was never ready. No one would answer the phone. I had to cancel the order and reorder it from another walmart. I'm hoping this other one has brains that can actually process my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Walmart is terrible.

Overall, visiting this Walmart many times was a fine experience. The parking is fine and getting in to find all the sections was good as well, with kind workers who help you if you need it! Finding the items I needed was convenient with the organized aisles, and I enjoyed how accessible every item was to most shoppers! Additionally, this location is excellently cleaned and tidied. I enjoyed how this Walmart looked inside (especially renovated) and the nice shopping atmosphere. tl;dr: Though it is almost like any Walmart, I would still recommend visiting this location!
