One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. You can’t really blame the employees though. They’re underpaid and work for an awful company. Walmart also doesn’t offer Apple Pay which is inconvenient. You’re better off shopping at Target.

I found everything I was looking for. It helps that they sell EVERYTHING, and at just a low enough price that you wouldn't want to shop at their competitors. Genius ?Ps. Receipt Cops and bag taxes SUCK!?? . . .

All registers are self check our. If you need help you will have to find a staff member. There is sometimes only one person working area.

Same as post office it’s ugly out here my question is this? If the cop has 3 jobs then it goes to his bank account that’s 2 people whose money isn’t being taxed fined etc…which is counterproductive to their bottom line!

This Walmart location is piloting a new self-checkout layout and it is an absolute mess. I feel like Walmart corporate is purposefully making the self-checkout setup more complex and difficult to navigate in an attempt to curb their massive shrink problem and deter theft. Also, they are apparently phasing out regular white plastic bags and only offering reusable bags that cost anywhere from $0.75 to $5.00. No thanks Walmart, your prices aren't that cheap anymore and your stores always leave me with a headache! #FAIL

Had a terrible experience at the customer service center. I initiated a return that I bought online and the instructions on the email told me that all I needed to do was bring the item (unpackaged or packaged), and present the barcode. Easy, right? The entire time the employee was rude, dismissive, and did not seem to understand me.First she tells me she needs a paper receipt, to which I reply that I bought it online and show her the email with the barcode that includes my proof of purchase. Then she tells me I need the packaging with a receipt, to which I tell her that the email says the original packaging was unnecessary. When I showed her the item online on the app and explained that it arrived in very simple packaging with no tags or anything, even showing her another online receipt, she brings over the manager who tells her to wrap it up. Then, she has me standing there waiting until she finally tells me that "you can go" in an extremely annoyed tone, as if she had any right to be annoyed at me.What should have been an unbelievably simple process was elongated by poor customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere. Or at the very least make sure you don't have to interact with anyone in this store. The guy who did pickups was cool though. Shout out to him.

If you cannot offer a delivery service that works, then DON'T OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!If you hire people in AMERICA, then you need to make sure they understand ENGLISH. I called the delivery service today, Sun, Jan 28, 2024. The lady couldn't understand me and said my delivery wasn't there. I contacted customer service and they verified that it is there. If you want to hire people who can't understand our language, then you need to add an ENGLISH COURSE to their training. Very frustrated because it took me an hr of speaking with people to figure this out.Then you canceled my delivery order. I have been waiting for 6 full hours for something that was supposed to arrive hours ago!!!The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't feel well and this is why I need it delivered.I spoke to over 5 people and NOBODY would help me. My order was placed for delivery and you took my money, but NOBODY DELIVERED IT! I have no food and no idea what I am going to do.
