I got introduced to Weber through the company I work for and I absolutely love them. They're my go-to for tires and oil changes (along with other items). They have never made me feel like they're upselling me on items my car does not need. The prices are fair and service is always done on a timely matter. Huge shout out to Darrell and Chris in the office - Both always so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend them over places like Valvoline or gas stations!Services: Tires

Two weeks ago I took my X3 to Weber to repair a hole caused by a screw puncture in the thread. I've worked on my own cars for over 27 years but I don't have equipment/tools at home for tire related work except for plugs in an emergency. And I prefer to patch over plug. In all candor, I don't like to take my vehicle in to shops for repairs because I can do the work faster at home and nobody cares more and is more meticulous about your vehicle than yourself. Minimal wait time, proper repair, reasonable price, and customer service are the 4 criteria important to me like most people. I had been to Weber three times in the last three years and their service has been consistent. (One time, Weber, wouldn't repair the tire because the puncture was too close to the sidewall.) Tire patch in about an hour (1:10 actual time), reasonable price ($40.45) and very customer friendly service advisors. (Note price is for a patch not a plug.)The only recommendation I have for Weber is that the repaired tire pressure be checked for accuracy against factory specifications. The patched tire was overinflated by 5 psi even after cooling off from driving. The vehicle's monitor and a manual reading with a digital tire pressure gauge confirmed the overinflation. The first time Weber repaired a tire for me, the tire pressure was perfect so I will consider this time an oversight. Overall I would give 4.5 stars but Weber's customer service and friendliness by phone and in the shop takes my review to 5 stars. Weber meets or exceeds my 4 aforementioned criteria so I will continue to come back when I need tire services.

Our car had a tire with a slow leak, so brought it into a major automative tire/repair shop. They said that the repair was possibly complicated by the location of the puncture and they recommended Weber Tire. We got to Weber about 30 minutes before closing and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke to us like we were real people, and everyone who worked there was just really nice and sincere. We anticipated having to leave our car there overnight, but they did the repair while we waited and charged us a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this family owned business. We plan to go back there for alignments and other maintenance in the future.

Our son is away at school and he had a nail in one of his tires that needed a patch. I called Weber Tire and explained the situation to Randy, who said to have him bring it over and they should be able to get it patched in about an hour. The quality of service was great and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

When I was heading home from work, my tire light went on and it was 4:45 by the time I made it to the shop. Apparently my tire had a blade embedded in it. Even though they close at 5, they were able to patch up my tire to ensure I was safe on the road.

Dropped in without an appointment as I had a leak in one of my tires. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and explained they patch tires instead of plugging them. The tire is removed and patched from the inside, unlike other places where it is just plugged. In and out in about 35 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs.Service: Tires

Came in for a quick plug on my tire, which most other places charge $25 or under, but they charged me $42.95. For $20 more I could've bought another tire.

I had a flat tire on my Jeep and visited several well-known tire shops such as VA Tire and Hogan & Sons, but they were unable to repair it using their standard methods and recommended that I purchase a new tire. Since my tire had very low mileage and I didn't want to spend $500 on a new one, I came across this fantastic place that was able to quickly fix the tire without any hassle. They saved me a lot of money, and I appreciate their excellent work.

Today is Feb 23, 2023. I had a falt tire. I was looking into having a puncture repaired on a tire, I was looking at spending on average between $15 to $25 dollars. Of course the size of the puncture makes a huge difference and that determines the amount I spend on getting your tire repaired. This place charged me $42.07 and that's crazy. They knew I really wantd to get it fixed no matter what. They took the advanage of the situation. However, frankly speaking the guy was nice and fixed quick bc there was not much work. But honestly, I never go this place again because they over charged you.

I had to stop in a week ago after I ran over a nail. I thought I’d need to get four new tires for my Outback, based on a comment during my state inspection (performed by another company) that my tires were “on their last legs”…I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only could the hole be patched, but my tires had a bit more life in them. When it’s time to get new tires, I’ll definitely be coming back here.Service: Tires
