I was looking for a Butterball frozen turkey and verified online that Safeway on Willard Way in Fairfax Virginia had them. I went there and there were none. Their butcher told me that he had sent all the frozen ones to another store. He pointed out an off brand that had sugar added and also suggested that I could buy a fresh turkey. I walked out frustrated, feeling misled, and dissatisfied. I do my research online before shopping precisely to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
