The customer service was horrible. The lady at the desk was very curt and rude when I tried to return my very expensive prom dress. She was very inconsiderate and misunderstanding.

I bought a corset top on Saturday that hooks in the front. It didn’t fit so I brought it back today (Wednesday) with receipt and tags still on but I didn’t hook it back together. The cashier immediately grabbed her manager and said it looks worn and they both told me I couldn’t get a refund only store credit because it was worn. I said yes I wore it to try it on but I just bought it a few days ago and tags are still on. It didn’t fit. The manager said that they don’t give any refunds if there are signs of wear, regardless of trying on or not, because they can’t prove it and so she’s at least giving me a gift card when she could refuse my refund. I didn’t want to cause a scene so left but upon looking at the refund policy, that is not true at all! I have 30 days to return an item with tags still attached, which they were. The sign of wear was that it wasn’t hooked back up the front and she pointed to a small pink mark on the inside that looked like the floral pattern on the front was showing through and that I hadn’t seen.

This is the absolute worst store to buy a dress. My mom bought both of my sisters a $160 dress and it had a problem with the back of the dress, it would peel down so we took it to a place where we thought they could fix the issue and also cut the bottom of the dress because it was a little big on my sisters. When we came to find out they couldn’t fix the issue we had we figured to return the dress and it wasn’t till we got there and we were denied our money back because it was a special occasion dress which didn’t make any sense to me and my mom at first because the dress was messed up from the back even though it was a really nice dress. The lady at the counter was a lady with a foreign accent and long black hair, she was very rude and said it was are fault for buying the special occasion dress when my mom is confident they never told her anything about the dress not being returnable. The lady denied my mom saying she never informed her about the dress not being returnable in a rude tone. This lady should be fired and don’t come to this store it sucks. Although there was a worker there named Karen who was really helpful and nice towards my mom and explained to my mom why the dress wasn’t returnable which made much more sense to my mom Karen was awesome, can’t say the same for the black haired lady with a foreign accent she should honestly get fired for being disrespectful towards her customers and I’ve seen other reviews of customers complaining about the lady with the foreign accent I’m talking about don’t buy from this store unless your getting help from Karen.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I can confidently say I will never be shopping there again. I brought a dress to return for store credit because I bought it roughly a month ago and know they cannot give a refund. The dress had the tags and was still visibly hanging on the racks being sold. The cashier refused to let me exchange it for a different color. I wasted sixty dollars now on a dress I am never going to wear. This is the kind of customer service that will drive people away. Congratulations Fair Oaks Mall Windsor, you just lost another customer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today at my local Windsor at fair oaks mall in fairfax . This girl deeanna helped me with everything I needed she hyped me up. She is so sweet, so chill, and absolutely stunning. I will be definitely coming back she definitely deserves a raise

the workers do not know how to run a fitting room at all. waited in line for over 30 mins. i could run a fitting room better than this !

I would give a 0 start if I could. I was denied a return of a special occasion dress, which I understand. However, this lady with black long hair and makeup with foreign accent, was very rude to me, and bluntly told me that it was my responsibility to have known that the return was not possible for a special occasion dress, and had no empathy whatsoever. She even highlighted part of the receipt stating "no return for a special occasion dress", and treated me like a little child. She should not be in a business of customer service with that disrespectful attitude. I would not shop here ever again.

The staff was wonderful. The store was super organized. All of the dressing rooms were open and clean. We found a dress very easily. It was a great experience!! I will 100% come back!

I loved the store because they carry XS size dresses which fits my daughter!! Yay and they have quite a good collection and the price is reasonable ? the only drawback is they have one trial room so a long wait time to try on a dress ?

They don't allow a mother to go into the fitting room to help zip up your daughter's dress (who is a minor) or check the fit. My daughter is not comfortable walking out in front of everyone and she couldn't get the back zipped up. I wasn't even in the room for a min. when an associate banged on the fitting room door and said there can only be 1 person in the fitting room. I said, "I am just checking the fit." She said it doesn't matter and it's policy. I was understandably upset which made my daughter upset and ruined her dress-buying experience. The associate then told me my daughter is upset because of me. Terrible way to treat a customer. I will be e-mailing corporate as it is completely unacceptable to tell a young girl that her mother can't go into the fitting room with her.
