We had a fine experience at the shop; it was my mom, me, and my 6year old daughter. We got the classic manicures and my daughter got the princess manicure. The ladies treated us nicely, but we had to ask three times to all be seated together.
Today - just ONE DAY after the manicure, two of my daughter’s polish(es?) just slid right off. One was putting on socks and one was just playing on the couch. I’ve never seen anything like it.
She is so disappointed and so am I. What a shame and a great disappointment.

I have been going to Pang at Wow Nails for 4 years now since I moved from NY to Virginia! Pang is a perfectionist and pays attention to every detail with each service she provides for me! She is very attentive to my needs a true artist and always very professional! I am always so happy and pleased and she keeps my hands and feet looking amazing all the time!

Called at 6pm and they were so welcoming and had an appointment ready to go for 630pm for a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Not super busy, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, and very nice employees. I will definitely be back!

Meh, NO!
I got acrylic nails a month ago. And got them off today and also booked a manicure. They def know what they’re doing (professionals) but they aren’t game for customer satisfaction. You should know what you want exactly or else you can be scammed extra. Clipping your nails and call it manicure. Yeah, So not going again. But I’m a noob myself to find out that I have to “ASK” for what I’m paying for exactly. Very expensive and not worth it.

My daughter and I both enjoyed spa pedicures with Mandy and Kelly. They did a fabulous job and we will definitely be repeat customers.

The manicurist was very nice and my pedicure was fine but the manicure (dip powder) was a bit thick on a few fingers and my nails were filed pretty low.

I love every thing about it. Got a wow pedicure (yes, they named it like that and it’s really wow) from Kelly and a gel manicure. My nails still look gorgeous after 10 days, I highly recommend her. Visited on a busy friday afternoon without appointment, the front desk was super friendly and professional. She told me the wait time and it was punctual, I appreciate that, no rushing at all. Overall, great services, flexible, and clean spa. Thank you I will be back

I am a first time customer. This was the most professionally run nail salon I have encountered. The owner answered the phone, booked me and texted me the address. It is very clean, bright, relaxing and well run. KIM did an amazing pedicure with a terrific foot and leg massage. It was the most relaxing pedicure ever!
Stylist: Kim did my pedicure. We spoke about her background. She has been in the business a long time. The #6 with the leg/foot massage was terrific! It felt like a mini reflexology treatment. KIM is fantastic!

Stylist: I had an appointment to get dip with extensions done. My technician was Suzy. I’m not entirely sure if she was just inexperienced or what but i left very disappointed from this appointment. Some of my nails are lifting (angled upwards as you can see on my pinky). The dip work is patchy and can see the dip powder on my cuticles and everywhere not just on my nails. The nails are also crooked and uneven. At least cut them straight. I was one of the first appointments of the day and Suzy was 1. Late (appt was at 9, she started around 9:15) and 2. Entire appt felt rushed. Pretty sure she also laughed at my small nails and made a comment about it in her language. Overall, the customer service from the lady behind the desk was nice, it just seems Suzy was inexperienced and in a rush. Would not recommend seeing Suzy.
