Zales at fairoaks mall is an amazing experience. I only buy my jewelery at this location. When I arrive they know im buying something. Veviana (probably misspelled that) is very exceptional and educational on the piece of jewlery your interested in. She makes the the experience seem so seamless. I recommend asking for her once your walk in. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding. Will always return to zales in fairoakes mall.

I went in today to get a watch adjusted and Triana, the manager was extremely helpful, careful, and efficient. She made my experience wonderful and definitely will be coming back purely because of the customer service and professional manor of the staff!

I had a silver pendant and matching earrings that I thought I had lost 3 yrs ago. I found them and they were in pretty rough shape. They cleaned them up for me and it looks great! They were so nice and helpful.

Update- Followed what Tirana (store manager) said and called the number listed. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and listened to how they care about special moments like anniversary. Not surprised that they don’t care and can’t help.
Do not buy from Zales and have them ruin your special day. Bought my wife a ring from Jared/multiple other stores and is a confirmed size 5. Saved up and purchased an anniversary ring in a size 5. Surprised her on our special day but the ring got stuck. When I reported this to Zales, they said rings varies in sizes/styles. At the time I was just asking to cover the resizing but they refused. Now I just want to get my money back. No luck. So don’t buy from them go somewhere else and save your special day. They do not care about you, your injury or your special day.

The service here is amazing. I came here to get a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day and Triana was incredibly helpful. She worked with me until I found exactly what I needed and was friendly, professional, and honest. Will be shopping here again!
