“I was driving down from Roanoke on a trip, and heard scraping on the bottom of my car. The splash shield under my engine had fallen off on one side. I talked to Joseph and Mike in the store. They looked everywhere in the store for a screw that would fit. They went above and beyond to help. Sadly, they couldn’t find one but provided me with a washer and recommended I try Ace Hardware across the street. I found the screw I needed and used the washer they provided me. I made it to my destination in one piece. Thank you so much for helping me out!!”
