Goodwill Store and Donation Center in the Valleys serves the community by providing skills training, job placement, and support services, helping individuals overcome life's challenges. The store offers a surprisingly wide selection of clothes for all sizes, with many up-to-date fashion items and household finds. Shoppers often find good deals, especially if they know what to look for, and appreciate the friendly and fast staff. However, the store can be crowded and sometimes disorganized, with clothing displays and tagging systems that may seem confusing or mispriced. The store floor is sometimes dirty, and shoppers are advised to wash clothes before wearing, as Goodwill no longer washes items themselves. Despite these issues, many find the prices to be very good, though some newer or name-brand items may be a bit overpriced. The store's discounts via color tags are not always easy to find, but overall, it remains a nice place to browse for bargains. The store's mission to help disabled individuals find employment and support communities makes shopping there worthwhile for many customers.
