The prices are ridiculous now, and no changing rooms to try on clothes. I quit wasting my time there and quit donating.

Won’t be going here ever again. They get donations for free and the prices they sell them for now are absolutely ridiculous. Everything is disorganized and the African American lady who works the register always has a rude attitude and it’s like pulling teeth to get help from her. Goodwill is not goodwill anymore

Goodwill used to be a fun and entertaining place for people like myself who does not have the money to shop at retail stores but the prices are crazy how do you sell a top and a skirt that's supposed to go together and put two separate prices on it that's ridiculous there are plastic items mugs bric-a-brac on have went from 99 cents to 399 the toys that sell for children some of them have the disc batteries that are very dangerous but yet they'd rather make a profit they even had a music CD priced 59.99 when I asked if they made a mistake on the sticker they said no that's the price totally crazy I'm very disappointed in Goodwill they get all these things for free their employees only make minimum wage some of them are very nice and I feel bad that they're working at such a dishonest organization

I used to really love shopping at and donating to Goodwill. They are now so overpriced on almost everything it isn't even worth the trip. Also, my local store has done away with fitting rooms. Recently, I bought a dress, and of course, couldn't try it on at the store. When I tried the dress on, it didn't fit properly. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt before I could get back to the store. I took the dress back and at first I was told it could be exchanged only since I didn't have the receipt, which was perfectly fine. As I was browsing, the cashier came up to me and told me "one of the other managers" had decided I couldn't exchange it. The thing is, I wouldn't have purchased the dress in the first place had I been able to try it on the store. Until Goodwill lowers their prices and re-opens fitting rooms, I will not go back.

Their pricing model is out of touch with reality, it’s used items that shouldn’t be priced at new or more prices.

I agree the prices are out of control. They're shooting for 75% of the original price of the item once they Google it I think. To add insult to injury, they're eliminating the changing rooms and given you 10 days to return all the items that do not fit. I love this store, but it's just changing for the worse.

One of the more disorganized Goodwills I've ever visited. Clothes are in decent order, as are books (hence 2 stars instead of one), but their shelves are piled willy-nilly with no regard for item or organization. Looks very junky, like they've just given up caring. Prices are way too high for items on the shelves--often more than if they were new.

The store is fine. Clean, organized, and friendly. The prices are crazy, at all Goodwill shops. This has become a no-go-to industry if you are low income. It’s a sad day when one must say, “I can’t afford to shop at the Goodwill.” It’s a dern shame.

No soap in the restrooms. ? Do the employees just not wash their hands? Hand sanitizer isn't enough.

This Goodwill is reasonably large and always has a nice selection. Everything is kept neat and organized.

Used to love stopping by here after work.. and always found something. But over past few months the store has changed. Selection of goods has went down.. nothing much but literal junk. I guess all the internet stories are true that Goodwill pulls all the "good" items from the stores now and sells on the internet. It's a waste of time to even stop to look any more. I have donated alot over the years but going forward I will just send to the dump instead.
