This used to be my go-to store. Always busy but pretty well stocked and not as disheveled as some other Aldi locations. However, for some reason, they removed self checkout and now the lines are ridiculous. It’s no longer a reasonable option for grocery shopping. It’s a real shame. I’ll go to Amazon fresh and Trader Joe’s near by as it’s just simply not worth it any more.

30 minutes on the damn line just to buy a few items??!! Only 2 cashiers on the register and two registers sitting empty.
the self checkouts were way faster and were big convenience for people with few items but ALDI management does NOT care or respect people’s time. Why in the hell would you remove self checkouts when you cannot hire more employees to give customers a good experience???
the customers who are still giving your lousy establishment ,daily BUSINESS!
Such a lousy service! Bring back self checkouts or stop your cheapness and hire more employees!!
You are literally running a worldwide known chain with two employees youre a JOKE!!

They removed self checkout and put regular checkouts of which now there is only ever 2 of 6 open. Very Poorly staffed, terrible store, will never come back

Overall it was great, but since the self-checkout stations were removed, customers now wait an average of 20 minutes in line—even for a single purchase. It feels like the customers’ time is not considered important.
A 2 star rating for waiting time!

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced

The store was a complete mess. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom smelled terrible. There were no employees on the sales floor. Multiple checkout lanes were open but they all had super long lines. When I asked the redhead manager why there’s no more self checkout, she just said “it improves the customer experience.” I was trying to be polite and asked if it’s for customer experience, then why are we all waiting over 20 minutes instead of bringing more associates to help? After that, she started talking to me like I don’t understand English. Very rude and unprofessional! I shop at Aldi often, but this location needs some serious improvement. They need to double the amount of associates they have and have a chat with that rude manager.

I've been shopping at Aldi for years and have shopped them when living overseas. In general, they have more affordable prices than the standard grocery stores. Instead of spending $200 for 24 items, you'll spend half as much here. Be prepared to do much of the work yourself as it tends to be light on staff at all times. You'll need a quarter to get a cart, your own bags, and to bag all items on your own. Aldi's is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get; It's kind of a gamble depending on what day and time you shop as to what you'll get.
During busy times and often all throughout the weekends, the store will be picked over and dirty with long lines and limited ability to navigate the store because the lines extend through the aisles. The store is not large enough or organized to accommodate the amount of customers that frequent the store.
The produce is often spoiled and moldy if you don't get them immediately after they put them out, unsure if it's a refrigeration issue or poor quality (or both). Many items are out of stock often, including non-dairy milk, lean beef, turkey bacon, cottage cheese, etc. The store could definitely be organized much better as it's difficult to find items and the specialty section is thrown together.
The portion sizes tend to be on the smaller size than the standard (which can be great for something like herbs, but not great for something like popcorn). Depending on your family size, you'll end up buying several packages of items. Aldi's has significantly increased their selection of items as I'm now able to get closer to 90% of what I need (assuming it's in stock) versus the 50%. Due to the limited items in stock, plan to shop at a few other stores to get all the items you need.
Customer service is not a focus of this store. I often go through the self-checkout line no matter how many items I have because it's easier to bag my own items and it's a slightly better shopping experience to not deal with a sales associate. The self-checkout scanners are incredibly sensitive and often scan items twice, so go slow. Otherwise, you'll be at the mercy of a sales associate; good luck getting a sales associate to help. If you need to use cash, you'll have to wait for a cashier to ring you up which is often a lengthy wait.
I'm mainly basing my star rating on the low prices which is the only reason to put yourself through this store.

I used to love this place because they had most of the items that I shop for, their prices were reasonable compared to the other supermarket around the corner and most importantly they had a self checkout that allowed me to get in, buy and get out quick, but since they've removed the self check out I have not gone there as often. As many have commented, the queues are long because at most times there's just one cashier to check out. I think Aldi management does not believe in customer satisfaction.
Now, in spite of the higher prices I patronize the other supermarket around the corner.
Until you believe that customer satisfaction is a driving factor in the success of your store, it will remain good-bye to your store from me

I think the stores should stay stocked up on items like the other stores do and also you have to be careful of being over charged I had one item I approved of the change and that was missing from my delivery

The most horrible employee that has dreads and she’s dark skin. She was very impatient and rude, I was trying to get service on my phone to pay and she could not wait one second. The manager Curtis was called and he helped me with much more kindness I appreciate him so much. The cashier needs to learn patience and respect.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Checkout lines down the isles. Only two cashiers. Also a drunk lady drinking the wine off the sales floor. Do better.

I went there for the first time about two months ago. I did not like the checkout face screening biometrics camera. That in my opinion is a violation of people's privacy. The store has great prices. It truly is a place to save buying groceries. The service is nice, cashier's are friendly and fast. I love the shopping 🛒 idea. Bring your 25 cents and use a shipping 🛒.
