Decent grocery store. Some items are much cheaper than other stores around them. The dining area is maintained very poorly. Napkins are never in stock and somewhat dirty. Some employees are nice but some seems to hate their job.

Warning everyone- do not shop at a place with electronic price tags. Amazon especially is a company that utilizes AI surge pricing based on your personal data. The prices can change whenever they want for maximum profitability.

My new fav spot for groceries. Clean store and friendly staff. I've never been in a grocery store where I consistently encounter welcoming, friendly, and upbeat staff.

Amazing experience at Amazon Fresh! The whole team was helpful, but Cesar really stood out. Super friendly, attentive, and made my shopping experience smooth and easy. Definitely appreciate great service like that!

They’ve been making me wait 30 mins for each curbside pickup I’ve done. That’s ridiculous I don’t recommend placing an online order at this location. The customer service number directs me to a call center in India who then take another 15 mins to direct me to the store who never pick up their phones. The customer service representative told me to go inside and pick it up myself even though I stated that I had an injured leg and it’s difficult for me to get inside the store.
Crazy work here. Offering a service (mobile pickup) they cant provide.

I've been going here for months now. I LOVE this store. I recommend it to everyone I know. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. I always find what I need here. You'll save money and still get good quality products.

Update, going from 5 to 3 stars: Been shopping here for a couple of months and am getting annoyed with a few things. 1) constantly having to shop around employees packing groceries for delivery orders. Seriously, have them do this in some other warehouse. 2) empty shelves for the items I want to buy most. Amazon is a master class in logistics. No reason to have so many empty shelves. At least you have 30 varieties of almond milks... 3) the digital carts, while I love many aspects, are really dumb in searching for products. Example: I needed cream cheese. Typed it in and it only showed a few items that had cream cheese in them. Had to type Philadelphia to find the actual cream cheese. Typed bread. Didn't show me where bread was but did when I typed in nature's own. Same with dozens of other items. Amazon has one of the best search engines on its site. Why isn't it as good on the digital carts? Original review: I really like this store. Prices are decent with a good selection. I like the automated carts. They are fun to use.

The absolute worst grocery store in Northern Virginia. Last three trips, got home, checked the expiry date on frozen goods I bought at this store, only to see items were expired by 2-3 MONTHS. Zero quality control by the store. On top of that, shelves were bare today and employees are not friendly. I'm officially done going here, you should find a better store too.
