DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They lost my car title. It has taken over a dozen emails and calls to figure this out. They claim they mailed it, but don't have a tracking number. They offered to pay for the duplicate but did not seem concerned that I'd have to sit at the DMV for a day, drive 60+ miles.

Horrible Experience. They do not protect your funds and it is nearly impossible to speak with a Manager / Supervisor to resolve issues. Please stay away.

I found cash advance fees on my account even what I didn't do one. Card services was of no help. Also, the upgrade to my credit card messed up my balance.

Worst bank ever, only care about screwing their customers. 15days late and they report you with out even a notification. When you call and ask the first words are we don’t have to notify you of anything by law. While I get that maybe just maybe something changed since you haven’t had an issue with you auto pay in the 9 years you banked with them. But nope no phone call no email, no letter in the mail.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Arlington Community Federal Credit Union. I have belonged going on eight years. EVERYONE is helpful, listens to me and follows through. I have checking, savings, credit card and debit cards with them - never a problem. I highly recommend them.

I have called them many times, they do pick up the phone, but my questions were never answered, they told me some one will call me back, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the call back, untrustworthy.

Never use them for any loans. Had me waiting over a month for a loan approval, wanted me to do hoops and hurdles just to prove who I am when I already gave all my information. Only use them if you like your time wasted and you love incompetence.

I've been a member for six years. Still happy with the services they provide which exceed those of a local bank I used to deal with. Rates and fees are much better than area banks.

I hate how after a year of having the same horrible customer service having to go through this again with Arlington Federal credit union. It's ridiculous how I'm getting charged constantly when I told you all to not charge the account. I would not recommend this bank at all. They do not care about there customers even the ones that have been there for years.

9/8/22On 8/29/22 my wife and I stopped by this Credit Union for possibly the last time ever. My wife had an account to close out and a credit card blance to payoff.There could have been confusion with how the process is done, but luckily this problem was resolved quickly.I noticed one other lady (who I think of as a Whitney) who also wished to close out her account(s).I use to have an account here thanks to my wife, but it wasn't the Federal Credit Union I really wanted to be apart of. Nevertheless, things were done in an orderly manner and we were soon on our way out for the last time.

I have been a credit union member for the past two years with no issues whatsoever. Last week I called their customer service and asked if they offered notary services, and they said yes, no appointment was needed. I just had to go there during business hours. On Friday, 06/24, I drove 40min from home to this location to get the documents I needed notarized. I had to wait for a couple of minutes until someone could assist. Armando, one of their representatives, came and asked what I needed to notarize. I explained it was some documents for my mortgage company; he said they only notarize employment verifications and other sorts of paper. He went to ask his manager to double-check, and he came back out with the same information. He said I could go to an attorney's office or somewhere that offers notary services like UPS. My problem is the waste of my time. I drove almost an hour for this and called in advance to avoid this from happening. When I called, no one mentioned this.Another thing to mention, if your bank offers this kind of “notary service,” it’s a joke. They act like they are lawyers validating documents. Notaries are only validating signatures. That’s it! I ended up going to UPS; it was done in minutes, and they asked for my ID and filled out the form I had. It bothers me when institutions like this say they offer you these services so they can get your business, but when you are going to use it, they bring in a different meaning of what they meant by offering it.

We put $2250 into their ATM and the machine only counted $1750. We tried to communicate with the bank to give us our missing $500 but they essentially called us liars and refused to help us. Regarding their reply, no one has reached out yet with any willingness to solve this issue. An update, after months of talking around in circles the bank has reiterated that they will steal your money and will find all manner of excuse to avoid taking any accountability.

Excellent service! Visited here after Infirst federal credit union refused to honor my check deposit even though they are a shared branch for California coast credit union. Arlington community Federal Credit Union are comfortable serving clients from shared branches all around the world. They delivered fast friendly and excellent service. I will be back!
