If it were not for Darya's expertise and ability to multi-task and swiftly work through multiple customer's needs at the same time, I wouldn't be able to accomplish getting the new device that fits my needs. (everyone always enters the shop at the same time on weekends you know) Thank you Darya for helping me obtain the right device and plan for my life. Further I was happy to add a few additional products to try with Darya's recommendation I can't wait to try the new Samsung ear pods and the Samsung watch! Thank you for helping me select products that will make my life easier!

I've had reasons to visit the store several times over the last few months and each time, I've gotten exceptional service from Darya and the other staff.

Darya was exceptional in getting me set up with First Net. She took the time to answer my questions without judgement, since I'm sure some were pretty basic. I've referred two people to the Falls Church store and to ask for her specifically.

I went in for assistance in setting up my new iPhone 15+. The manager, Darya, was super helpful. Not only did she set it up correctly, but she also explained features and gave me helpful pointers. She also waited until all my information was successfully transferred from my previous iPhone. I had just switched to AT&T service from T-Mobile. I’m glad I have done so. She was also very polite and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the store for anyone looking for a new provider, phone or accessories. This was by far the best Customer Service I’ve ever received in any service provider’s store.

I went in for an upgrade today and left with a new I-Phone 15. The store is neat and clean. The associates and management and friendly and helpful. There is new management since my last visit and things are vastly improved. Highly recommended!
