I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs Auto work. I had a catalytic converter that they put in that didn’t work. They ordered a new one. Put it in. No cost to me. Plus they will send a LYFT to pick you up. Take you home and pick you back up when the car is finished!! Great customer service all around. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Friendly guys and great service. They honored the warranty on my brake pads no hassle. They didn't try to sell me fluid changes I didn't need. When I had to replace a tire, they didnt try to replace all of them when it wasn't needed. Fast and communicative.

My battery had died and Lucas came within the hour to jump start and take my car to the shop. Free diagnostic and broke down the costs for each repair. Excellent service

They do Quality Work , are good people and very knowledgeable.. It is also much cheaper here compared to Many other shops in this area that take advantage of the market trend of everything being 3 times more then it should be.. They replaced my water pump and Timing belt the same day I came and like I said saved me A lot...

I showed up thinking they sold jumper cables as my car didnt start, and the owner Ted personally drove 15 mins to where my vehicle was with a jump box. They are absolutely professional and caring. 10/10 would recommend

5 stars for my experience at Craftsman Auto in Merrifield on Merrilee Drive! Pete totally listened to me and worked to get my used car purchase road ready. All the staff there are professional. I highly recommend this place.

By far the best auto shop I have ever used. Their customer service is top notch, their pricing seems very reasonable and transparent, and scheduling is very easy. They are very community focused and are obviously committed to their customers. Couldn’t ask for anything more in a local auto shop.

The auto shop has been my natural choice in the area because of how well they treat their customers. They take care of you from the moment they receive your call. Brandy went so far as to give me employee discounts for services and recommendations were given keeping my budget in mind.

Best auto repair shop I’ve ever used. They are very transparent and professional. They provide a great report during their vehicle inspection that gives you the information needed to make an informed decision. Couldn’t ask for a better shop.
