The most incompetent imbeciles work here. Bafoon walks away from the register and takes huge bites of his sandwich then comes back chewing with his mouth full and crumbs on his face. He then walks me over to the items I need and gets them and walks away without saying anything leaving me standing in the isle. I realise he isn’t coming back. I find him eating again and ringing up another person. I said I was standing there waiting for you. He says “you were on your phone”. I wasn’t speaking in the phone. I was giving him the sku number from the auto zone site because he was having trouble finding it. I tell him and he angrily says YOU WERE LITERALLY STARING AT YOUR PHONE. I said I was not speaking but trying to help him. My phone was in my hand not in my ear. He slams the items on the counter and says I got it here. You want it or not I’m busy. I said you are rude and at that point a short twerpy albino came up and sent him away saying I’ll take it from here. He then tells me I shouldn’t talk to his employee that way. I said he was being rude and you don’t know what happened. He said I understand both sides but you’re being disrespectful to him. I said you don’t even know what happened so how can you understand both sides. He then sighs loudly and rolls his eyes and says do you want it or not? I said no thank you and began walking away. He loudly and mocking yells HAVE A NICE DAY COME AGAIN while laughing. This is a manager! I went home and ordered what I needed from Amazon for cheaper and it’s coming tomorrow so why allow yourself to be disrespected by idiots?

So I recently just moved here from Texas and I drove my car to Virginia. Made the whole trip easily. But then my battery died after not using it for two weeks. What I didn’t know is that I guess with the cold weather it just drains the battery?? But nonetheless, my dad had a warranty on the battery for my car and he gave me the receipt to get a brand new one. I had an interview the next day and I needed my car. So my husband called to see what time the store closes and explained our situation and the gentleman who responded was so kind! Then when we actually got to the store we were helped by two awesome guys who were in the front of the store, I didn’t catch their names but yall are awesome thank you for being nice to us because the situation we were in was not a fun haha. But I got my car fixed, I learned my lesson!

They should be more professional. This morning I went to check my car's battery and they told me it was bad when the battery was actually good. The problem. It was the alternator, they should have more professional people and try not to take people's money that easily.

Dark skinned man with beard very rude and will put his hand in your face. Once you tell him you’re not a child and to never do that he will ask you to leave.
This man doesn’t need training. He needs to be terminated. See ya soon!
