This was our first time shopping furniture at Bassett. We tried to look for a sofa. Donna was our sale’s rep and also a professional design consultant. She spent time to explain their items in details and gave us advice to pick the right fabric. We are very satisfied with her excellent services.

I went in the store today with the intention of buying two living room chairs. The sales person immediately assumed that I couldn’t possibly afford one of their chairs and began to speak to me in a very arrogant condescending way. Too bad for them they lost out on a $4000 sale..

The showroom on Leesburg Pike is bright and beautiful! I worked with Susan B. there, and she was masterful in helping me select an area rug and some furniture pieces that tied my whole room together! I was able to see a floor plan of what it would look like all together and I couldn’t be more delighted! Thank you, Susan!

Incredibly pushy sales people from the moment we walked in. It's a small store, give us literally 3 minutes to collect our thoughts and try out couches at our speed. I get that you all are trying to close a sale but pestering customers who are just browsing is not the way to do it.

Do not spend your money here. I bought a bed for over $3,000 dollars. Went through so much to finally get them to repair the leather headboard by dyeing it. The bed looks awful and Basset states they are not going to do anything about it because the warranty has now expired. I started this months before the expiration of the warranty. No integrity with this company. Now I am stick with a headboard that I have to hide with throw pillows. Wouldnt even let me talk to the Supervisor, said she was busy. What a disappointment!

Low rating for the quality of my sectional. My sectional is only a few years old. The fabric easily frays, and I didn't know this wasn't covered under warranty. The back pillows pop off easily from the frame. Even the bottom frame cracked. Early on, had 3 repair people come to my house. It's tedious to report and get someone out to look at it. Very disappointed that the quality doesn't match what is advertised.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Donna at this store! She helped us to come up with a room layout and also pick fabrics/rugs that paired well together. She made the design process easy, fun and not intimidating. She was also very mindful and respectful of budget. Highly recommend.

I want give this store 0 Star. I ordered different stuffs before 3 months for about 24,000 dollar. Still nothing received still now. When I called to the store, they don't want pick the phone and even after the pick the phone they don't have interest with customer. I don't know when will be my stuffs and how come I get my refund . I bought a couch from Bassett the first week in August. It didn't arrive until late October. After a couple of weeks the middle cushion started to sag and the seat developed wrinkles. It's obvious that there wasn't enough stuffing put into the middle cushion. The two end cushions don't wrinkle. This is Bassett's response after I contacted them: "Our team has reviewed your photos and we feel that what you are experiencing is commonly referred to as comfort wrinkles. Comfort wrinkles are a natural part of the upholstery maturing process in furniture that is designed to have soft seating and back support. To minimize the appearance of these wrinkles you can "flip and fluff" your seat cushions and pull the seams back into place on the cushion casing as part of your routine maintenance." After spending $4k on a couch, one doesn't expect to have to flip and fluff their cushions each time they sit on it. I won't be buying from Bassett in the future.

Give me something to complain about and I WILL!!! No complaints here. I recently purchased a desk from this location. Emlyn was very helpful. She warned me that it may be up to 6 weeks for delivery, but it arrived in 2 1/2 weeks. Delivery people were nice & on time. End to end stress free process. And the desk is BEAUTIFUL, I love it. Thanks Bassett, thanks Emlyn, thanks Google.

Was hoping to buy a sectional from Bassett but based on some of the reviews this place should be avoided. There are plenty of better furniture suppliers who care about their customers.
