Owner is insanely knowledgeable, way better to consult her directly than go to a dermatologist that doesn't care at all or watch endless videos on YouTube/Tiktok with hidden sponsorships. I like that everything seems authentic and brand new unlike Amazon or other sketchy online vendors that are cheaper (but at what cost)
