My daughter gave me a Lenovo Yoga--the best laptop Best Buy sold—as well as an extended warranty. I discovered that it was defective and phoned Lenovo and they said it was a Microsoft problem. I phoned Microsoft and they said it was a Lenovo problem. That happened multiple times. In 2020, I went to Best Buy and they sent me to Geek Squad, which charged me and did not recognize my warranty nor repair my computer. I took it multiple times and each time they said they had repaired it. They had not. All they did was restore it to an earlier version of Windows, so every time I tried to use it, it tried to reinstall Windows and ceased to work. My warranty was still in effect. The people at Geek Squad didn't seem to know what they were doing, so in 2022, I took the computer to an outside technician who said that he hears a lot of complaints about Geek Squad and confirmed that they don't know what they are doing. The tech tried to repair the computer and, after much frustration, discovered that the motherboard was defective and that it was apparently an innate problem to the Lenovo Yoga. I had anticipated liking it so much that I bought a Lenovo desktop for my husband, also from Best Buy, but it functioned so poorly that the outside tech had to place the hard drive. PC Tek sent the laptop to Lenovo and they refused to repair it, but the owner said that Best Buy should have either returned my money for the computer and Geek Squad or they should have replaced the Lenovo Yoga under warranty. I didn't get my laptop back for 14 months with all the back and forth with Lenovo! He wrote his report: Defective motherboard. I have bought a number of computers from Best Buy over time: This experience has been the most frustrating. Your policy "repair or replace" while it was under warranty should have been applied. I have been on the phone with customer service more times that I can count and I have sent multiple emails to different addresses that were given to me. Nothing.

I experienced awful customer service from Ahmed, the manager at Bailey's crossroads location. His unwillingness to help me and offensive demeanor was appalling. I am a 24 year old woman with very polite manners and he nearly brought tears to my eyes due to his disrespect towards me. I hope this issue gets resolved as I have noticed other customers have had similar experiences.

I bought a 70" TV but no one helped me. I practically had to look for the reference all over the place alone and go to the cashier to say which one I wanted when I was going to buy it. Is there someone very friendly who appeared (convenient), the service is that area It's terrible!!

I went in there with the intention of purchasing a TV to replace my outdated one. I walked the TV isles as the staff chatted among themselves, not offering to assist me. No one else was in the TV section. The store was fairly empty. I left after about ten minutes. I suppose I can order one from Amazon.

Still struggling to get my fridge installed after 3 attempts by pathetic 3rd party that wouldn't follow statement of work. Tried to complain to customer service but they are equally inept, especially a supervisor named Luis, who refused to give more info -- thereby underscoring that the employees are not invested in the mission. I was told me by a supervisor at this store that this is an industry wide issue -- another excuse for poor service. Also, they have wiped the Internet clean of contact info for higher ups at the corporate offices, so apparently they're equally uncommitted.

Today, February 3 at 2:15 p.m.... I went to look for an item and I told a worker that I only spoke Spanish... he sent me to another seller who also spoke Spanish and told me that what I was looking for I was (4 meters away from him).... in the television area, but he couldn't help me.... when I ask him who is going to assist me there (who speaks Spanish) he tells me that no one speaks Spanish there. and that it would be better if he returned the next day instead of assisting me or helping me with another salesperson who speaks Spanish...... please!!! Very bad, instead of helping me, they avoided me and I couldn't buy what I wanted... Total disappointment... And the worst thing is that he is Latin just like me...

I experienced the worst customer service at the baileys location from Ahmed. I purchased a $700 Dyson vacuum with a protection plan and so did my mother. She had an issue with hers and because it was under the same account “they can’t verify” who returned the vacuum. My suggestion- use serial numbers when doing returns with protection plans. Absolutely ridiculous.
