I had a wonderful experience yesterday, I took a appointment when I arrived the car was ready for test Drive , They took care of us and they were excellent. My experience with Bill Page Honda was stellar! Easy to schedule an appt online for a safety recall the next day! Nam and the rest of the employees I worked with were very nice and efficient. I tried three times to schedule with a different dealership a little closer to my home. I STILL have not heard from them and it’s been over a week. Not to mention they asked for a ton of information including the VIN number which online kept saying was invalid! VERY frustrating. I REALLY appreciated the professional and efficient service at Bill Page Honda!!!

My big thanks to service advisor Randy C. (and technicians and support staff) for the excellent experience I had last week when I brought in my car for regular maintenance and needed updates. Randy C. was efficient, helpful, and kind every step of the way. Bill Page Honda made it easy to schedule an appointment by phone (knowledgeable folks set things up) or online. I purchased my car 18 years (!) ago and always have brought my Civic to Bill Page Honda for all servicing during all these years. I'd never go anywhere else to buy a car and/or have one serviced.

Great Customer Service! A great feature of this dealer is Bill Page Toyota is right across the street. It is very convenient to compare like models and then close the deal on what you want. Sales staff was very helpful, adapted to our questions/needs and we had a great overall experience. Highly recommended if a Honda is something you are considering.

Jeremy was fantastic to work with! Great customer service from him and he knows how to treat a customer. He went above and beyond in helping me with my service on my Pilot with the catalytic converter I needed to replace. I appreciate his help with all he did for me. 5 star customer service!

Made an appointment online to check out a car I was interested in. Went into the dealership where David greeted us and made the experience enjoyable and easy. Did a full walk through of the vehicle before talking numbers. Finance department will try to convince you to do an extended warranty, but it is completely up to you if you think it’s worth it. Overall, great experience and now I’m a happy car owner!

It was my first time buying a car ever. I didn’t know what to expect honestly but these guys made the process really seamless and easy and really helped us out so much. any and all questions were answered and taken care of. they really do try to give you the best deals possible and reassure you during the process. they really care about their cars and the customer a lot. my license plate was also put on the same day i purchased the car which was awesome. I’m glad I purchased my first car from here, everyone was very friendly and they really do care about you. I cant recommend them enough honestly! I worked with Moe and his manager.

I have been using Bill Page Honda since 2019, when I bought my Honda Civic and am very pleased with their responsiveness, their efficient and prompt service.Buying the car went smoothly, as the salesman showed me the models in which I was interested, I then selected one, and took a test drive. Trading in my old car was a fairly speedy process and before long I was driving the new car home.Hondas are very reliable vehicles, so I've only needed to use the service department mainly for routine things and annual state-required safety inspections. Each time has been very efficient and I also like the comfortable waiting room while waiting for my car to be serviced. The ability to set up an appointment in advance online is very convenient and I appreciate that. I also like that in a situation where service is needed unexpectedly that a phone call will get the process started.Definitely this dealership and its service department get five stars from me!

I recently had to bring in my car for a recall on the driver seat inner frame. Mr. Garcia was very knowledgeable and ordered the part for me and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. The job was completed in the time discussed and with no issues. This was a great relief after seeing several horror stories online about other dealers and damage to the seats and trim pieces for this recall. Bill Page took good care of me. Thank you!

I went to get my car fixed today with an appointment that I made online two days ago. When I got there the girl said that they couldn't even look at my car, let alone fix it because "they don't do diagnostics on the weekends." I made an appointment multiple days ago, enough time for the dealership to review and realize that they weren't going to be able to help me, and then to be told they couldn't even look at my car, let along fix it, is unacceptable. I will now have to rent a car (as this location doesn't provide loaners) so that I can get to work later this week - another expense I can't really afford. If you allow people to make appointments online, then the restrictions on what you can and can not do for the customer should be clearly stated. Unfortunately this is the only Honda dealership near me so I will have to return to get the car fixed. Hopefully they can improve my impression at my next appointment.

Got four new tires and alignment. Randy was very helpful, pleasant, courteous. I had a short window of time and he got it done as promised. Randy was fantastic. I will definitely return.

Tommy Watkins is a very supportive employee though I never met him. He was considerate, concise and personable. Though, I haven't driven my car since the repair, I would return because of him.

I was able to schedule my oil change quickly. The service wait time was reasonable, and I enjoyed having a freshly washed car upon pick up. Bill Page Honda often runs coupons for this service which is nice on the purse. My service manager, Tommy Watkins, is personable, listens well and has good knowledge of my previous service appointments. I look forward to our continued relationship.

This lady named Raquel something is the worst person to go to. she helped me look for my car and she only gave me One key and there's supposed to be 2 keys and I been asking for YEARS to get my second copy of my key. I tried talking to her and she just listened and did NOT try to help me. and if your going to buy a car there make sure to ASK for the two keys. They are very rude and well treat u horrible. I wouldn't even give ONE star to these people. The manager aswell was so rude when I tried to explain them about my problem with the key.
