I got an Iphone 12 with the switching line deal and the lady that works there charge $60 extra she came up with a total of $284 and I when to a different place and I was told the total was $220 with activation and monthly feed plus the phone. Who ever supervise this place should take a look that that lady is stealing clients.

This store is a cubicle within Unique, on the right side. The clerk was helpful in setting up my phone.

I tried to transfer service from one boost phone to another...the sales associate had the music so loud. Finally turned it down to unfortunately not be able to communicate. I just don't know spanish. It's not the fact she only spoke Spanish it's I only speak English and not having someone else there that cud speak English was both frustrating to her and myself

3/28/23 Strike one was Verizon in Falls Church Graham Park Plaza. Now I hit a strike two at Graham Center in Falls Church. This Boost Mobile is across the street from the Verizon Store, but unlike Verizon, the store is open. Latin Music was playing and the woman I will refer to as Flavia, greeted me warmly. I was hoping to get some merchandise here for my phone, but unfortunately this store doesn't sell The Samsung Galaxy S23. I thanked the lady and headed to my 3rd and final destination. I like that this store has the option of getting what you need in English or Spanish. However, I am surprised this store doesn't sell the Samsung Galaxy S23. Oh well...can't have everything.

Called here today 5 minutes ago and some Latin lady answered the phone with a STRONG ACCENT but then got mad when I asked for the manager and cursed me out then hung up on me because she can’t speak English well. This is poor customer service! A manger needs to reach me before I erase any review.

Very bad attention. They practically robbed me. I bought a cell phone that ended up having a damaged battery and on top of that they made me buy a line. They did NOT give me my refund and they did not give me the sim card. LOUSY

This location is closed down. Google you need to update your Maps. Had me driving there for no reason. GPS didn't even mention this location is closed!
