Hard to find sizes and variety of clothes at Carter's. Also always very expensive. Easier to shop Carter's clothes from Amazon for a much better price.Personal experience- $16 jumpsuit found for $7 at Marshalls and a set of 3 for ~$18 on Amazon during early access sale.

I had an amazing experience here. This one young lady was a great help, the name on her name tag was Kierra. She was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service. She even took the time to personally pick out and outfit for my sisters baby shower. We need more associates like these!

After dealing with lots of returns from online shopping, I finally mustered the energy and time to go to a physical store to shop for my baby and I’m glad I did. There were plenty of options here and the customer service was great!

Great place to shop. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are nice and helpful. Great deals to shop for baby's and toddlers. I purchased an item online for instore pick up and it was fast and friendly.

Carter's and Oshkosh are my go to place for baby gifts and kid clothes. Why they stopped carrying gift bags is a mystery. Need more dresses for Toddlers. What they had was beautiful, but I bought all 2 styles.

Horrible customer service. Four people working, huge line, yet only one person checking customers out and the rest just standing around talking. Save yourself the time and shop online.

If a store is going to offer curbside pickup and require you to call the store when you arrive, they need to actually ANSWER the phone!! It wasn’t busy inside (as I found out when I was forced to go inside to pick up my order) so there’s no reason why an employee couldn’t answer when I called several times in over 10 min. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I really did. I don’t mind waiting in my car if need be to get my order, but when you don’t even allow me that when offering curbside service, your customer service could use improvement.
