Can't complain what this place says!! I understand how some people might get surprise on their bill. I don't understand why. But i know for me it has been consistent and smooth working with T-Mobile. I bought 2 Iphone 14 Pro max as upgraded devices, and the person who helped me did excellent job making the process smooth. If you were to compare how Tmobile programs versus competitors-- they are actually doing a huge favor to their customers.

do NOT go to this store they are frauds, just yestarday i stopped by to ask about a new phone and they asked for my account info i left after they said they did not have the phone i was looking for, today in the morning i get a text message feom tmobile thanking me for adding 2 lines to my plan i was pissed on how they do this shit to clients accounts without our consent i wish i could talk to the owner or corp about this store since is not the first time they do this, they make changes and add things to your bill without your consent, just do yourself a favor and ho somewhere else

Although it took 45 minutes to and hour, the customer service was A+ and both agents were knowledgeable. It was an easy set up for the home internet service and it is working well for me!

7/20/23I have written reviews about this place only to have them removed with my photos by Yelp. The last few times I have been here the service was anything, but pleasant. There friendliness of this place went from Bert and Ernie to to the foul stench one's ass makes on the royal throne.I have been here on and off during different years and the faces have come and gone. Getting help or any useful information was for naught.The last time I was here was this year March or April 2023. I had bought my phone at another store, but needed a protective screen for my phone. The person that assisted me happen to be the same person I had a unpleasant dealing with the last time. Nevertheless, I needed a protective screen and was short on time. The associate sold me the protective screen and put it on. Something I was prepared to do myself. I have to say my negative opinion of this kid has changed, but not to the point I would wish to continuously pick this store as my store. I give this place 3 stars from the one star it use to be.Congratulations Generation Z. You got some points back.
