Decent place although now I've pulled most of my investments. Citibank has some good ones, it's just that I'm a bouncing banker. I'll take a good CD or other investment, then move the funds for more competitive offers. Most likely I'll end up here again. Banks and markets are about making money. Nothing wrong with that as it's a goal of mine too. We are free agents after all. The employees here are quite friendly. It is a busy branch because of its location. Parking can be frustrating at times. The key is to learn the traffic patterns. Usually I'd stop by here mid morning on weekdays. The bank itself is pleasant enough. If they offer you a good return on your investment, by all means go for it.

I visited the branch today to open a new checking account as the phone application was a nightmare even after 14 days of waiting. Both Kelly Moon and branch manager, Christopher Kim are very nice and so helpful in completing my account opening in no time. Thank you so much for your assistance and you both are awesome

We decided to open an account with CitiBank because of their international presence. I recommend that you never consider them for International Wire Transfers. They use a broker who takes a 3% commission each way plus they charge a $35 fee. But even worse is their customer service. 10 days after submittal I called to find out why the money was not in the receiving account and was told it was rejected two days earlier, yet they had not notified me. When I asked for the money to be put back in my account they told me it would take 5 days and I would lose 7% of my transaction amount. They did not even provide me a reason for the rejection

Well, think twice if you want to stop by in this branch to open an account or do anything, ...I open priority checking account, they told me within one week, we are going to get our ATM card, after two weeks, I tried to access online and open online access to our account after so many times won't allow me because need one-time code, I called customer service.. they told me, I need authentication code because is a new account which supposed to set up once I was opening an account... he is so arrogant and not friendly, I don't know, why put him as branch manager... story short, I would go to other breaches than this one... I will reach out to a higher-level within Citibank about my experience.

I'm writing this review after a year of my very frustrating and disappointing banking experience. At the time (I'm hoping he's either learned or moved on), this branch's branch manager (Mr. Kim) is unprofessional and quite incompetent with his job. Instead of looking to verify and learn how to execute the bank service, after I mentioned that requested transaction is a service I conduct with the bank on an annual basis, he began to get agitated with me, raised his voice, and was absolutely rude and demeaning. None of the staff aware of the situation spoke up: I wondered if they either weren't trained properly or if they were afraid of him. Either way, the solution lied in the hands of the branch manager in Tysons Corner who proved knowledgeable and experienced with a good professional disposition. I have avoided having any person-to-person transactions with the staff at this branch since. Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, parking can be nuisance, but the ATM is great!

When I withdrew a substantial sum 2 years ago, I still had over $5000 in the account. I asked if there will be any fee with my balance and was told "no", since I still had a good sum of money left. 2 years later, I noticed I was charged a $25 "monthly service fee" every month. That's over $600! What service were they providing me in an account I don't use much, I don't know. Keeping and profiting from my money? When I went to the bank to the manager, Mr. Justin Lee, he said "you should check your balance, you are responsible." The thieving organization tells me that I should've spotted their theft! They have power to take money but not return money. Anyway, they lost my business.

The staff are kind and are always so helpful. The tellers will almost always greet in unison to everyone that walk in ( I can't help myself from smiling every time ). If I'm waiting to be assisted by a banker for more than 10 mins, usually one of the tellers would come greet themselves to me and offer to try to help me or offer something to drink while I wait. The bankers at this branch are very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable to ask them for any financial questions I might have. Not a fan of the 24 hr customer service phone # , but definitely love the employees and the location! Would recommend stopping by at this location if you have the chance

I was in search of a new bank and considered Citibank as a possible option. However, because they think they can dictate what people can and can't do with their ideological policies towards the second amendment, I will look elsewhere. On Thursday, Citigroup, the 4th largest bank in the nation, announced a new policy that will require: "new retail sector clients or partners" to follow "best practices" regarding the sale of firearms and certain accessories, including bump stocks. The policy is wide-reaching, applying to "small business, commercial and institutional clients, as well as credit card partners." Hope this backfires on them!!!

Great service always and they treat you like family! Everyone's always so friendly and kind. Big plus- parking is FREE!! All garages around are free. Plus, it's located in the mosaic district center! Can make a deposit and grab a bite to eat with all the great options around. :)
