“Long story short, this bank branch is all that, AND a bag of chips. Plus the super size. And it's vegan, gluten free, and fat free. And when you come here, someone somewhere plants a tree. Not really. But probably. I came here yesterday in the middle of a massive heat wave and explained something a little complicated - our loan company (who is a small company out of state and is unfortunately NOT Wells Fargo by the way (but we bank with WF)- though after this experience we wish we would have just started with them to begin with) was getting tight on the timeline with our closing documents, and we had to essentially find someone who was not only a notary public, but also someone willing to print the 100 page loan document and sit there while we signed it because we had to get it back to them for the closing but my husband is out of town this weekend yada yada yada and you can see why this hasn't been the simplest of requests. Not only did the staff here willingly take care of our request (and sit by while we waited for the email to show up), but they did it with a smile. We ended up not getting the documents until today at pretty much the last minute, and the staff let us stay, sign, and then went through each document with us to make sure we signed everything and got every page necessary notarized. Shout outs to the great staff - Latika, Elsa, Keith, and the great staff behind the counter - thank you, thank you, thank you for making this the best part of our loan process (besides getting a new house). Go here! These people rock.”

“I don't usually comment on Google, but I feel obligated to recognize good service. My experience with the banker, Ricardo Alves, was fantastic. He was helping me close my account when he ran up against an action that he could not authorize, so he called a specialist on the phone and we patiently waited together for 30 minutes listening to a recording of "Your call is important to us..." After a half an hour of waiting, I had to leave, so Mr. Alves wrote an email to the specialist explaining my situation and asking that I be contacted. When no one contacted me after 2 days, I went back and Mr. Alves was there. We called again, but after 20 minutes of no one picking up, I stepped out to let Mr. Alves take his 2 pm appointment (which I had crashed). At 2:30, we tried again and sat another FORTY minutes until someone answered and my problem was addressed. I was truly humbled by how patiently Mr. Alves worked with me, even though I was trying to CLOSE my modest account of about $2,500! BofA needs to work on having more specialists so that people don't wait so long on hold, but it can be proud to have bankers like Mr. Alves who show compassion and dedication in their work. Thank you, sir!”
