I have just visited the facility of CubeSmart at 2950 Gallos Rd. in Falls Church, Virginia where I was assisted by the most accommodating, polite and able SHUJA. I had made an online reservations but had a number of questions. Shuja answered all of my questions plus gave me a personal tour and viewing of the available storage units. He was courteous and professional in every way. Great job.

Daniel was great. Stayed late for us on a Friday so we could secure a unit that was needed for that weekend. Would highly recommend. Location is great as it is located right next door to a donation center.

Awful. Charged me 250% of price offered to anyone renting the same unit on the internet. Fundamentally corrupt business model. Refused to make the rent fair when confronted with discrepancy. Unhelpful employees.

Rented a 5x10 unit, met with a bored manager who asked if i was picking something up (no, this is a cubesmart), was given the space at the back of the warehouse, where there is no ramp, no working bay door. I went back to the office to cancel and the manager was not in her office. 0/10 would not recommend.

After having rented an 8 by 10 storage space for the past 10 years, I decided to remove some of my items and get a smaller unit. Milan, the person at the front desk, was very helpful in quickly doing the paperwork to move me to the smaller unit. The smaller unit holds all my things and the monthly rent was cut considerably.

When I went to this place I was greeted by the most welcoming store manager Mr. Sujah. He answered all my questions and provided all the details. Mr. Sujah is very welcoming and helpful. Past 2 days I had difficulties with the lock and door, every time he was available and helped us. This place also feels safe since there are many shops around this place and crowded all the time. Mr. Sujah is extremely patient and nice. I give my full 5 star recommendation to this place.

Once I understood that payment starts the clock on rental then it was ok, but that was not explained to me. I had to ask a lot of questions. My unit is a very long walk from entrance. Employees are nice.
