Deniz apparently the store manager needs some customer service training.
I ask him that I need to return something. He initially doesn’t want to do it and tells me their system is not working. I say I wait. Then after 10 minutes he tells me that I have opened the box so he won’t take the item. While I unsealed the small tape on the outer box, there is another box inside the outer box that was untouched. I am trying to buy the correct item which is also in my hand. He then leaves the items on his end of isle and just leaves.
I stood there for a few minutes, reached out towards the cashiers side and took the item and left store. Could not get more rude, and unprofessional.

The pharmacists are very good but outside general management specially Mr. Danis is very rude and unprofessional person. He behaves like this pharmacy is of his own property obtained through a battle with the customers. Very rude and unprofessional person. I had given the same review before but nothing has changed and experience the same bad behavior yesterday.
You need to change otherwise be ready for loosing customers.

The pharmacy is great usually but the actual store has horrible service - the cashiers aren’t trained well and the manager is never willing to help deescalate a situation. As someone who has worked in retail (and specifically a CVS), I can say this store specifically needs much better training and need actual problem solving skills rather than just a “that’s how our system works” as an answer (plot twist: that’s not just how the system works)

On my previous review, I had mentioned that the CVS pharmacy was extremely slow and very unorganized. Somehow something changed which also included the app where you can send messages about a certain prescription. They usually call you in the following 15 to 20 minutes. The customer service went from a 2 to 9. I would recommend this pharmacy. They are very busy sometimes, but they are very helpful as well

I really like this CVS on Charles Street. This store has a great selection of everything.
Especially cosmetics and seasonal merchandise.

they thought we were stealing and the lady said she was going to call the police and she said she was going to send me back to my country and mind im american and then she said she was going to send my family back to where they came from and she had bad service!!

Worst pharmacy experience. I went to get a COVID-19 test, but they refused, stating that insurance didn’t cover it. When I asked about the cost of the test, they said it was $70 but still refused to let me pay and take the test.

Do not I repeat do not get you passport pictures done here
They charge me 18 dollar for two passport pictures and they came out blurry ? and the staff wasn't much help either. Don't spend money here period.

Worst CVS I have ever encountered. Worst service in the pharmacy and front counter. I should abandoned this branch long time ago. I started to blame myself, for not doing it right away.

This pharmacy is the worst they never picked up the phone or return the call also I was waiting my prescription more than two month they didn't let you know if it's out of stock or when is going to be available

The pharmacies run by CVS are inefficient and are disturbing. I have to go repeatedly to the cvs pharmacy at 3401 Charles street, VA. To pick my refill which is very crucial for my sickness. They think I requested for a refill of sodas. Terrible decision to pick CVS as your pharmacy.. Frustrating.
