This location doesn’t have an indoor lost and found; they just have a free for all outside next to the dumpster so anyone can take anything that they feel is sellable.

You need a membership to get a car wash. Very ridiculous for people who are not from here when there is no signage that says this. I got stuck and to be escorted out. Like am I supposed to know that it is membership only if there are no signs.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this car wash today. The manager on duty his name is henuk a young Black male with glasses was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. His behavior appeared openly racist, creating a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. Due to his conduct, I immediately canceled my membership and will not be returning. There are two managers at this location, and this review specifically refers to the one who was working today, October 18th. I strongly urge upper management to take this matter seriously and address this unacceptable behavior immediately

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash today. The manager on duty his name is henuk was extremely rude and seemed very inexperienced in handling member I witnessed his harsh and disrespectful behavior towards a customer, which was very upsetting. I urge the management to address this issue with the manager as soon as possible, as the incident today was quite unacceptable.

I’ve had a very bad experience with the manager at this car wash named Honuk, who is very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and also very racist. I’ve been using this car wash for about four years, and a month ago, I had a traffic accident, so I’m currently using a rental car. I come once a week just to vacuum the inside of my car without actually washing it, and then I leave This manager, Honuk, was extremely rude, used very disrespectful language, got into an argument with me, and is also very racist I kindly request that higher management either replace him or advise him to be more professional and respectful

Here is everybody rude I got side mirror covers for my car and all the time during the washing it comes out i ask the guys to put some tape on it to prevent the broken they always reject it so what is the tape for? Its really shame for them

Good facility, but prepare to be harassed like crazy to buy a monthly membership. I stopped taking my car there because I knew the attendants were going to badger me like crazy to subscribe to a monthly plan. At one point I had to say, "Please stop...I just want ONE wash today!"

Great concept if you need your car glistening as much as possible. However, it is only as good as you living conveniently near Mr. Wash establishments., i.e. Arlington and Alexandria, VA.

Pretty decent tunnel wash. Not really the best pricing unless you sign up for a monthly plan and use it liberally, but that’s more or less how all these corporate chain-washes work. Never had any issues after 6 months of washing here regularly. Gets very packed on the weekends, especially the vacuum bays. Local traffic pattern is a little chaotic during peak times.

This is the first Mr. Wash Car I've been to that has vacuums for your car. And the rotating cloths dry your car in addition to the blowers. The cloth soaks up the water spots better.
