I've had 2 Audi's now that I've taken here. The communication was on point from both the front desk to service, albeit slow at times, but I attribute that to the amount of work that they have...which is indicative of the high quality of work they bring.

This was just an oil change and tire rotation, but it was done quickly and well, and i did receive updates on progress throughout the day. It was not an inexpensive oil change, but it's reassuring knowing the expertise of Eurowerks' mechanics.

Great customer service!! Brought vehicle in to diagnose and oil leak. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle and made recommendations for repairs. Have been bringing the vehicle back to work through the list. Each visit has been a great experience. i have had the pleasure of working with Glen, Mike and Elena, all of whom are great to work with.

Asked for a quote to repair a specific item. Instead, they proposed charging a $200 fee to diagnose the issue which I have already identified. Thanks for treating me like an idiot! And, the diagnostic fee is higher than what the dealer charges.

I took my 2016 Audi Q3 to get the steering column control module programmed and they were able to fix my cruise control as well. They also went above and beyond and fixed my back windshield wipers. Satisfied customer.

I have been coming here for about a year and a half. In a time where good customer service is becoming extinct, Eurowerks provides it consistently and exceptionally. Everyone is always extremely pleasant, thorough and accommodating. They communicate effectively from setting the appointments to drop off, pick up and everything in between! Hands down and without a doubt, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for the care, maintenance or repairs of my 2014 VW. My car drives and purrs like a newborn kitten again thanks to Glen and his team! Thanks beyond measure!

I️f you own any Volkswagen/Audi this is THE place to take it for servicing. They’re communicative, thorough, and incredibly professional. The staff are so friendly it’s always a pleasure going there. Earlier this year they performed a major service for my GTI including a timing chain re-build and they made it drive like brand new car! Recently I️ had my car towed there after a heater-core hose broke (on a Saturday which they’re closed) but by the end of that day Glenn had let me know my car was received and sent a quote for diagnostics. I just picked up my car from them on the following Tuesday and I️ could not be more pleased. Eurowerks is top tier and my go-to place for servicing my GTI, thank you all so much!

Very honest mechanic who got my car moving again! He had to order a used part since what I needed was no longer available new since my car is quite old, and the dealer did not want to fix it! I think the dealer wanted me to buy a new year! No thank you! Thank you, Glen, for getting my car driving again!

Great experience with them, they performed my timing belt replacement and went through my car with a fine tooth comb
They provided pictures in texts of everything my car needed performed so I was never questioning if it really needed it done. They were prompt and left my engine bay looking better than when I bought my car. I'm thoroughly impressed yet again by them providing exemplary service while communicating exactly where my car was in its long repair.

Eurowerks' service is unparalleled. After a catastrophic engine failure while driving cross country I had my 1990 Vanagon towed to Eurowerks; they know the Vanagon inside and out. Not only did they handle the installation of a fresh engine and manage the return of the busted engine, they dealt with the warranty issue with the engine manufacturer so I didn't have to. With the fresh engine installed they had the Vanagon loaded on a carrier for delivery to me in NM.Eurowerks has done every replacement and upgrade imaginable to the Vanagon including wiring it up for solar power. When doing the first engine swap a part of the throttle linkage broke, and no replacement was to be found anywhere. Eurowerks found an old school machinist to machine a replacement for the broken part. That is exactly how awesome this auto shop is.If you have a German vehicle you love, send it to Eurowerks. If you have a German vehicle you hate, send it somewhere else.
