I am a re-joining member, my experience both times has been really positive which is why I’m back again and at this location when needing storage again. Staff has always been helpful caring and ready to assist while still following the business guidelines. This time (I hope it’s okay to mention a name) manager Josh helped me, and I can say he made spending money actually as pleasant as can be when spending money, he has a special way and gift that gives reassurance on the business transaction that is about to be made. Josh communicates with ease and bonus has humorous personality, he makes the business solid while easing the stress levels of someone needing to store their belongings for whatever reason(s.) He explains all in detail and is more than happy to answer any questions and go over anything again so the customer is confident and feels at ease. Thank you Josh and all staff at this location 🤩👍

I love this Extra Space Storage, friendly, communicative, and helpful people. Mr. Josh Minnix, fantastic job, is working on the elevator, because last Saturday I felt online Self Store, next store, when I came to move my stuff, the elevator was broken for years, when I asked the manager about the store elevator, she said Not my business, the store is bmts, I have problems my leg use bastion, I cancel ❌ inmidiate, I am happy now below Extra Space, I recommend 💯💯💯 thank you 🙏❤️❤️
