Vacuum machines barely work…I paid for them and basically nothing happens. Must be broken or malfunctioning. Store owners didn’t refund me even when I pointed out how they don’t really work.

HORRIBLE I have the Exxon app on my phone and because of certain points I tend to usually always use Shell instead, but this evening I decided let me use my Exxon points at the gas station That’s around the corner from my house. Huge mistake.! I have been pumping gas for my car now close to 25 years. I’ve been using points and coupons for about 20 years and I specifically wanted to use my Exxon rewards today at this gas station. it would not let me proceed with my points from the pump they were having an issue. It kept reading error, which is fine. I go inside the store and try to pay as well inside and the attendant that was working inside was extremely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive he was asking me about the data I had on my phone and how much RAM and memory I had available and maybe it was that I was poor and I didn’t have money to put gas into my car all because I wanted to use my points ridiculous but honestly that’s what I get for going to a different gas station than The Shell. I usually go to. I ended up not even getting the gas at the Exxon because unfortunately he was so aggressive. I thought that he would end up putting his hands on me so I chose to leave. Lucky for me the Shell gas station is literally two minutes up the street thank God they always save the day. Great prices. Amazing customer service the Shell gas station that is not Exxon. I took the information of the store and tomorrow I have to file a report and the Gentleman working behind the counter being that aggressive towards a woman because he wanted to show his dominance is truly unnecessary. It makes the neighborhood fear going to their local gas station, which is crazy, especially since I’ve been living in my house which is around the corner since 1997

My husband goes here a lot for his nicotine pouches, drinks and everyday needs! The owner is always friendly, helpful and KIND. My husband looks forward to coming here and always speaks well of his visits here with the kind gentleman. Thank you guys for the kindness and conversation! Would totally recommend everyone to come here! Very kind and friendly people. I personally love going at night to get sodas ♥️♥️. Gotta have the soda fix!!

I wish I could give 0 starts because I wanted help but their door was closed saying "5 minutes break". 5 minutes go by and no one was there. I waited 30 minutes and still no one was there?!?? Hello!!! people need help I wasn't the only one waiting. you guys need better employees!!!

The car wash is unreliable, and the "customer service" by the staff is beyond ridiculous. I paid for a "Works" carwash, but the carwash completely shut down as soon as I stopped my car inside. Nothing would get it to operate. I went inside to explain the issue. The attendant acted like this was my fault. It wasn't. I know how to use a carwash, and I previously used that one many times. He reluctantly provided me with a new code. When I went to use it I was for a cheaper "regular" wash. I was already in line and the code was already entered, so I went thru and received a regular wash. I went back to the attendant to explain that the code he provided was for a cheaper wash than what I had paid for. Instead of acknowledging the error, he claimed that he gave me that one because my original code had been "used." He would not admit that I had paid $14 for a CAR WASH (that was never provided by the 1st code) and NOT to RIDE THRU A DRY TUNNEL. After a LOT of back and forth he finally gave me another code. I asked him if that was for the "Works" wash I had paid for. He said it was. When I entered that code, the display showed it as a "Works" wash. Fine... I thought. This time the car sprayed my car with soap or wax (??) and then just gave me the green light to pull out. No wash cycle, no rinse, no dry cycle. I don't know if the attendant intentionally gave me a code that would do just that part of the wash, or if the carwash just was still malfunctioning. After wasting so much time and the extremely rude treatment from the attendant, I've decided I'll take my business elsewhere.
