I have used this shop twice now on the same vehicle. They provide quality service and are easy to work with. I trust their recommendations and value working with both Robby and Travis Higginbotham.

I have used this shop several times and always been happy with the results. Most recently it was to replace the driver's side mirror which someone smashed. Was taken care of in two days and looks good.

This auto body is slow and has the worst communication. They have had my car for a month now and I was informed today that they have not secured payment from insurance company therefore I can't pick up my car until they are paid. They won't even let me pay my deductible. If I had known this was going to happen then I would have gone somewhere else.

The lack of empathy shown to customers is inexcusable. My husband was in a bad accident and called them for assistance but was met with hostility on the phone. I witnessed all phone interactions and was truly disgusted that after my husband explained his accident and what he had been through, there was no empathy and utter rudeness on the other end of the line. I insisted we take our car elsewhere after hearing the call and so glad we did.

Yikes, they are terrible to work with. They left a new mirror in my backseat instead of installing it, repairs were finished only after weeks of holding the car (which was certainly them not working on it despite having made a prior appointment, repair did not warrant that time period), and an inept front desk staff was always confused when asked a question, would put you on hold, and frequently never pick back up. I even ended up waiting like two hours the morning I went to pick up the car after the repairs were finished. Stay away

I brought my Chrysler minivan to Falls Church Auto Body to fix two separate and badly-needed repairs on the passenger side of the vehicle. Falls Church Auto Body handled the claims and the repairs efficiently and professionally. They regularly updated me on the progress of the repairs, sometimes more than once a day. The results were impressive. Not only were the repairs perfect, the van shined like a new vehicle! But, most impressive was the customer service. From the time I set foot in the office to the day I picked up the van, I was treated as if I was their most important customer. Everyone was pleasant and patient with my questions and eager to assist me. I highly recommend Falls Church Auto Body.Services: Painting

Got my Tesla repaired here. They did a great job, and staff was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Understandably it took a while to get an appointment to drop off the car since they're one of the few Tesla certified shops in the area, but once I dropped it off I had it back in about a week; relatively soon for paint, body work, and wheel repair w/ a lifetime guarantee. No complaints on bumper or fender repair- looks brand new like it never happened...

Jenny and Travis at the front desk were fantastic and we really appreciate the team's effort to get my Subaru back in order. I can't thank you all enough for your professional service!! I'm hoping not to have to come back any time soon but if I do, I will once again come back to Falls Church Autobody. I can't recommend your business enough. Thank you!!

I have had to use their services twice before. Geico made the appts each time. This time since the windshield was shattered in accident Geico made vehicle unsafe to drive. So O have to make appt myself. The auto body shop stated since I am making appt and Not Geico directly they will not be able to get me in until September 18th. So either the vehicle is towed and sits at their lot for 19 days until my appt and I cannot get a rental car until my appt begins. Because I am without a drivable car either way? t This makes no sense to me! But I must use them. But if Geico makes appt it is expedited which can only be done if vehicle is not towed in. But FC auto body says Geico has made the car not drivable so I cannot change it. They will not take my car sooner.I do not understand this place? Is this so they get all the business? The cars that have minor damage and the cars that have to have to wait either way because of their insurance? Is this insurance Fraud? I should be able to have my vehicle repaired correctly and done to look and working previous to the accident in a timely manner! They wouldn't accept payments when I felt like it was ok to pay or I felt was a timely manner. Terrible business contract between Falls Church Auto Body and Geico. I am going to see if Geico can dissolve the contract with this Auto Body shop as we have had to wait like this for months 3 X now. They have no respect for the clients or value for their time.

I brought my Tesla in for relatively minor body work and they did a great job taking care of the issue and the repairs looked great. I have the multi coat white paint but there was no issue for them as the area they repainted was blended well. Unfortunately I'm back again for another minor repair but I had no hesitation coming back!

Falls Church Auto Body repaired my 2019 Tesla Model S which was t-boned on the passenger side of the vehicle. I knew nothing about the business and was very apprehensive about having my car repaired at a place that was very far from my home. My fears went away once I received my car back. Falls Church did an out standing job repairing my vehicle. What I was most pleased about was the process they used to keep me informed of the progress or any problems along the way. They used a combination of text messages and phone calls to keep me updated. The person I dealt with the most was Alex who some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time. He was always honest and straightforward from the very beginning. He was even correct on estimated time it would take to get parts for the vehicle. (This was because of supply chain issues) once I received my car back, I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. It rides better now than it did before the accident. With all that said, I highly recommend Falls Church Auto Body for your repair needs. Hopefully, you can get Alex to be your point person. He won't let you down.

My visit to Falls Church auto body was an amazing experience. Travis and Falls Church team helped me from the very beginning starting with phone calls asking about services to going the extra mile and getting my car serviced sooner. The service provided was excellent, I was given an initial report of the damages on my car, and after a few days, I was given a 2nd report with more interior damages found that would need fixing. They provided a detailed list of all the repairs they were going to make and highlighted the areas in the pictures they sent. After I picked my car up the bumper was looking like it had just come off the show room floor, the guys there did amazing work. If I ever have any other car damages I will 100% go back to them.

Wish I could've taken my car there but the shop is super busy. Lots of high end cars being repaired; so many Teslas in the body shop that it looks like a dealership! Ended up taking my needed repair work to Oscar's Body Shop on Broad St. Watch for my upcoming review of Oscar's.

Service with additional Gift: A Huge Windshield Crack!Another lesson learned from not checking the reviews before choosing the service.I got my a back light crack and trunk bending issue fixed, but got a huge crack in rare windshield extended from the trunk location. I cannot believe that they didn't notice that before calling me to pick it up. And they say they had nothing to do with it, asking me to call insurance company for additional claim or call Tesla for a solution, anyway it's my thing, they have nothing to do with it.So I drop off my car and paid for repair, instead I get a new damage and need to pay again for the repairing new damage? That makes total sense!I dropped off my car for repairing a back light crack and trunk bending issue on 05/02/2023, before that I need to wait for a month to get in line. Then I got notified it was ready on 05/31/2023, it took me 2 months to get the issue fixed, which I can live with. But playing ball kicking come to damage happened ? That makes people upset!I don't understand the mindset here, following the theory, any additional damage caused during their service period, they can just throw it back to their customer? That makes total sense!Service: Body & Trim
