Front desk is really slow, the guy of today at 5:48pm take long time talking about life with the customer, it was a big line waiting for assistance and him was even speaking about the care less how he goes with the situation.

My husband and I showed up to this FedEx location close to closing time with 10 boxes to ship internationally. Keith and Allison were absolutely outstanding and assisted us in preparing all of our packages for shipment. Despite encountering technical difficulties with the system, Allison and Keith were patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that our packages were shipped! We are so grateful for their expertise and patience!

Came here 7/3 at the very last second and the employee there at first did not want to help and understood they are closed but explained that I needed to mail something urgently and decided to help me even though it was closed. Thank you very much and hope management reads this that the employee stayed after closing time to help a customer!

Customer service person (female) was demeaning to me by saying ‘isn’t that what I just told you?’ Copiers are not easy to use. Store has only 2 people and 8 customers needing help. Will not return to this location.

I had high hopes for this new location, after the last FedEx copy center in our area had closed down before the pandemic. But I discovered that this new location practices false and deceptive advertising or has faulty equipment. The signage on the copier and at the workstations indicate that you can log into DropBox to retrieve documents but yet copier and workstation both blocked access to DropBox but I racked up several dollars trying to access DropBoc from the workstation. I could log in successfully but the system kept logging me out immediately afterwards so I had to try again. I reached out to the company for help but they ignored my issue. So I’m forced to post this here for others to see. I recommend not using their equipment until they can purchase new ones.

Package Delivery Issue - Tracking #880332068915
I wanted to share my experience regarding tracking number 880332068915. When I came in, I was reminded to make sure to write the address on the box, which I did.
However, as I was confirming the address with the representative, I noticed it was incorrect; the initial entry had it going to California. I pointed out that the correct address was on the box.
Unfortunately, the representative still made an error, and today my daughter didn’t receive her package because the street address was entered incorrectly. Now, I’m having to deal with customer service to resolve this issue, and my daughter is left without her package.
I’m confused as to why we, as customers, take the time to write the address on the box if the representative doesn’t double-check it. I left UPS for FedEx hoping for a better experience, only to find similar issues.
It’s really frustrating!
