I had a complicated print order and I knew it would take some tine communicating what I wanted. The moment I walked in, Caleb proactively catered to what I needed. His level of willingness to help me and get me what needed was exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service and professionalism from Caleb.

They said my print job was ready but it wasn’t. This is not the first time this has happened, they are consistently unreliable. Also, if you are purchasing for a nonprofit, even if your nonprofit has an account for tax-free purchasing, your name must be the one on the account. Good luck if you’re an organization of 100+.

I recently needed to send a very fragile student project to Phoenix Arizona in a custom box, Steven was super helpful and did an amazing job packaging the item. It got to the location on time & in 1 piece without even in moving in the box. If you need something shipped I highly recommend this FedEx location! Their service was absolutely amazing!

Ordered from costco, however, delivery was supposed to arrive before my trip and it didn’t. Had to request a hold to keep the package safe at my local fedex. It was a bummer since delivery was preferred vs pick up due to the weight of the items ordered. Steven was very helpful last night (5/15/25 just after 6pm), even offered to bring my package to the car (to which i declined politely since it really wasn’t part of his job). I had to open the box in-store and loaded the items in my car one by one since they were heavy grocery items. I asked if it was ok to leave the box and he said it was ok but if i was sure since the box and the bubble wraps were expensive packaging items. He offered to break the box down and helped me load everything in the car.
Thank you, Steven. Your kindness made a difference in my very busy day.

This is a review for Caleb. He was an outstandingly competent and helpful employee!!! I had art that I wanted to laminate and put outside. He heard me talk to the other employee about it and suggested scanning the art to make it a yard sign. Brilliant. He then was persistent for 10+ minutes in trying to find the yard sign product in the recently reconfigured computer system, going so far as to call the printers themselves. He scanned the art for me, helped me choose the size I wanted with sample paper, reconfigured the placement of the art to my specific margins, and just was so patient, knowledgeable, and polite the entire interaction. He also was mindful of other customers who were waiting and made sure other employees were taking care of them in a timely fashion. He also called me once I’d left to follow up on a detail I’d forgotten. Absolutely exemplary, it’s so rare to find someone who can help solve your problem and drudge through corporate nonsense to get something done right.

Worst customer service experience. Many staff working, servicing customer in need of help zero and no star. Not Willing, Not Able and Not Going to Help... Spoke to manager said go to UPS. I left after waisted my 20 minutes and no service from this facility.

Thieves. I shipped a laptop from the FedEx at 348 W Broad St in Falls Church. The shipping clerk packaged it in a specialty box and the box arrived empty. So basically I paid $120 to get robbed.

Mani is excellent. She helped us with our wedding invitations. She is a fantastic communicator and made the experience stress free. They went above and beyond for our special day. I love this location... highly recommend.
