Very bad experience with the staff.
The lady who attended me was rude, impatient, and not helpful at all. She had a very unpleasant attitude and clearly had no interest in assisting.
I speak both Spanish and English, and I tried to communicate with her to see if she could understand me better, but she rudely responded that she only spoke English, without making any effort to help or understand.
I definitely do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience here thanks to a kind staff member — silly me, I didn’t catch her name! I had to return to retake my passport photo due to some specific requirements. Their preset camera couldn't quite accommodate what I needed, but she went out of her way to help by taking the correct photo using my phone. I really appreciated her patience, kindness, and dedication. It made what could’ve been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free. Thank you so much!

Ryan has been more than helpful over the phone and in person, he took extra time to make sure to pack my scooter as best as he could to make sure it doesn’t get damaged, I would recommend Ryan and this particular fedex store to suit all your possible needs regarding shipping

The Tracking Number says this package arrived 3 days ago. I need to confirm it has been received at the Strawberry Lane Fed Ex. BUT... The people at the Strawberry Lane Fed Ex no longer answer the phones. The Fed Ex Phone system sends me to a lady in the Phillipines. Oddly enough, she doesn't know what's happened to my package. Tomorrow, I will have to drive to the Strawberry Lane Fed Ex to ask my question in person because they refuse to answer the phone. I probably will arrive angry. However, I now know that my package is NOT in the Phillipines.

If your car is parked in the spots in front of fedex communal parking garage, after their business is closed, they tow. Again they are closed and it has no effect on them. No signs saying this protocol.

Janine went above and beyond to help me. I had packaged my items incorrectly and she helped me fix it. She was kind, funny, and worked hard to help me fix the problem. 10/10 recommend this FedEx store and Janine!

So I recently had an issue with an RMA I shipped through here. Likely 100% a messup on Google's part. They helped me work through the issue and find the package despite significant difficulty in doing so as I lost the receipt. The employees were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. For more detail read on.I was returning a defective phone to google. Had printed out and boxed it up, dropped it off and 3 weeks later get a charge from google for not returning the phone. I go to check the tracking number and it had nothing. So I go into the store and start the seemingly hopeless process of finding this package, to which I had lost the dropoff receipt.The first person I interacted with was very helpful took down the necessary information and said she'd call back by noon, she did exactly that. She was still waiting on some help from the manager. A couple days passed without contact, but I couldn't have done anything those days anyway. So Monday comes around and I stopped back in.The manager was there, we chatted for a couple minutes. They had video of me dropping off the package, we just needed to find the tracking number. So they took some time to run through all the packages that went out that day to find the one that fit the parameters of the RMA. They found it and I was able to sort out the issue with Google. Very grateful they went out of their way to help me figure this out even pulling up camera footage and digging through raw data to help sort out the issue.
