Horrible customer service. I went in to buy a power tool and since they're all in locked shelves, asked for an associate to come unlock the case. I waited 40 minutes while they called multiple times and when someone finally showed up, they couldn't find the item despite the website and store inventory saying they had 3 in stock. Save your time and frustration and order online for delivery.

I am extremely disappointed in the product quality and customer service provided to me by Home Depot. Summary:- 8 unanswered emails on the status of my repair over 2 months- Approximately 20 phone calls to the store without service provided- Almost half the cost of the door itself spent on repairs fully at my expense, approaching the full amount of the door with the latest issue ($1,000)- No acknowledgement of responsibility or accountability- Inaccurate assessment of the reason for damage (wind) despite photo and video evidence, and that no other storm doors in my townhome complex sustained any damage at all. I purchased a storm door plus installation from Home Depot in September of 2022, and it was installed in November of 2022. In December of 2022, the door did not latch properly and was blown open during a windstorm, and the closer bent beyond repair. When I went to Home Depot for support in fixing the door, they provided a new closer and told me it was an easy fix and to do it myself. In March of 2023, I came home one evening to find the storm door wide open, blown off the hinges so violently that the closer was bent again, but the hinges also partially ripped off the doorframe. Every other townhome in my neighborhood has storm doors, and none were dislodged from their frames. I ensure my door latches whenever I shut it, so at this point it was obvious it was a faulty installation. Because the door would not shut, I had to remove it and lay it down in my living room until I could have someone from Home Depot provide assistance with the repair. That unfortunately never happened. The in store representative initiated an email to get the repairs underway, requesting information from me so they knew what parts were required. I replied with the requested information, and after several days of no response, I reached out via email. Another week passed without a response, so I reached out again. I then received an automated communication that one part was ordered, but it was not the full suite of parts needed for the repair. After a week went by with no response, I emailed to check on the status. Another week passed without a response, so I reached out again. In total, I had 5 unanswered emails over the course of a month. I tried calling the store approximately 20 times at different days and times, over the span of weeks, yet no one could help place the order for the replacement part as Home Depot would not cover it, but no one could articulate why. At this point the installer reached out, and claimed they were not responsible. The Millworks manager Natalie was particular unprofessional and unhelpful. She could not or would not explain why Home Depot would not cover the replacement of a faulty part and/or install when the door had not even been in place for 6 months, and when I was asking for help and next steps, admittedly very frustrated after going a month plus with no correspondence from Home Depot, her response was "what do you expect me to do about it?". Getting desperate, I tried speaking to another department manager. He assured me Natalie would call me the next day so I could order the part at my own expense, as Home Depot has proven they do not stand behind the quality of their products or their customer service. In what I have learned is typical from Natalie, she did not reach out to me for several days. At the end of everything, I had 8 unanswered emails from Home Depot over the course of 2 months. I asked to speak to the store manager or assistant store manager, and neither were in the store, and no one could tell me the next day they would be in the store. I lost count of the number of times I called and the line went dead during a transfer. I wound up ordering directly from the manufacturer, who was cheaper and provided better service. As I write this my door has just blown off the frame again on a mildly windy day. The door was latched, and no other doors in my neighborhood have been impacted. This was clearly a bad installation, and Home Depot refuses to make the situation right. For your home proje

This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service.I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking. It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time. They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone. It's thebagster.com.

Am pleased they had the paint color sought. The cost was unreal, but my best guess is inflation plays a part. I'd rather not go to this one, as Seven Corners has too much going on. Getting in and out of here is a real headache. For once due to the weekend, I got what I needed, and rolled out. The new key machine is easy to use.It wasn't too busy, but it absolutely can be. If you want to go to a rock concert, without the ticket costs, this may be a good option. They are doing their best, but best guess is they aren't fully staffed. All of the employees were helpful, and the store is well stocked. I call it "Home Deposit" as all my money goes to this company. As with the others it's huge, but organization of categories helps a lot.

If you are reading this, please never ever, under any circumstances, have any home improvement work done by Home Depot. I know there are lots of bad contractors out there but I've used a bunch and Home Depot was by far the worst. I went to Home Depot to get a small closet door installed. What happened was a case of neglects, mismanagement, faulty material, and an outright bait and switch. It was the worst contractor experience in my life. After doing initial measurements, Home Depot said small closet door would be ready in four months. Finally the day arrives. Expect, the installer never shows up. He calls and tells me he needs to reschedule the next day. I had already changed my work schedule to be at home that day but figured I could do it another day. The next day comes and goes...still no contractor. He calls again and tells me he needs to come another day. Day three comes....once again he needs to cancel. Finally I get someone to promise me they will do it first thing Monday morning. Monday morning comes and goes.....no one shows up. Later that day someone finally reaches out to tell me they couldn't come because it was raining outside. No joke, apparently that's a thing. Finally, fifth times a charm, they show up. Well, wouldn't you know, the door is the wrong size! That's right, they had measured the door incorrectly. Okay, back to the drawing board. I try to get in touch with Home Depot, but it's not easy. They ignored several emails and phone calls before finally saying they will reorder. I want to just cancel the order but Home Depot assures me they will expedite the new correct door. This new door unfortunately is not quick. It takes another month. I get an aggressive call from Home Depot when it's ready; "can you be ready tomorrow morning?" I of course was not free that morning on such short notice but the woman rudely hung up before I could say so. The message was clear: now I was wasting THIER time. I arrange my work schedule for maybe the seventh time, at great inconvenience, and they thankfully show up. But....it's the wrong door again! While I had agreed to a bifold door, what they gave was a sloppy single fold design, which was not on any specifications I had signed. That's right, an old fashioned bait and switch! At this point I know I've simply lost this money to Home Depot. They scammed me, wore me down and won. I let them install the door because it wasn't worth waiting another year or so and rearranging my life any more for this closet door. Update, two years later, the door is broken. I take good care of it and don't even use it everyday, but it was such poor quality that it happened. I emailed Home Depot again to ask about a refund. Finally they respond and ask for photo. When I send the photo, they reply that there is nothing their department can do. Why did they make me take the photo then?! Well, who knows. Anyway, lesson learned. Don't go to Home Depot. You won't get what you paid for and will have an awful experience.

One of the worst Home Depot's I've ever been to. They hardly stock the most basic supplies and getting staff assistance is next to impossible. We've literally had staff tell us "that's not my job ask someone else" when asking simple questions like, "where's spray paint"? Avoid if possible.

They've been great handling weird returns (online orders that came in multiple shipments caused some issues) and usually have what we need. Service is a bit hit-or-miss depending on which department you need help in.

I went to HD in Seven Corners yesterday with a weird return and was pretty sure I would not be successful. I was greeted by Ricardo in a very friendly manner. I explained my situation and he called for the manager named Debbie to assist. She was awesome, explaining to Mauricio what had to happen to get it resolved. Mauricio was so nice and patient. While Debbie and Mauricio were working to help me, a very elderly man approached the counter and received another very friendly greeting from Ricardo. The man asked for appliances. Ricardo sensed the gentleman might require a little extra help. He left the counter (no line of customers were waiting) to walk the man across the store to the appliance department. I'm not sure why this HD doesn't get better reviews. I and/or my husband are probably there every week and we always find the staff helpful. Special thank you to Debbie, Mauricio and Ricardo for being so great to their customers!

I ordered a patio door more than 3 months ago. It arrived at the store in mid-April and it's now mid-May. I have called dozens of times trying to schedule an install. I have emailed people. Sometimes I get a response, sometimes no response. I paid for the door but nobody is giving me any service and won't call me back. I don't understand how I purchase something, you take my money 2 months ago, and I still don't have the door. It's just sitting there in your store and nobody is here to install it. Nobody will even call me back. This is Home Depot Store 4608. Who knows if I will even get this door by the summer! How many times do I need to call? Who knows!

Do not buy plants from this garden center, especially if you plan to bring them indoors as indoor container plants. I bought a ton of herbs a week or so ago and the profound spider mite infestation they came with has now affected my ecosystem of indoor plants. I had zero spider mite problems before my Home Depot purchase, and you can see the spider mites pouring out of the containers of the Home Depot plants. The toll of inconvenience is hefty, first to go to Home Depot buy the plants and the soil, come home and plant everything, and then discover you have a major spider mite problem. Now I have to pack the plants up, put them in the trunk, of course, on the way down the elevator one plant spills over, it also spills in the trunk of the car. So I’ve spent most of the morning covered in soil, and upset at how poorly the garden center manages plants (they are overwatered, a great way to ensure a spider mite infestation.) I have to spend more money now to treat the spider mite infestation that has spread to my pre-existing plants.Cherry on top: called the store at 8:26 this morning, right when it opened and when it wouldn’t have been too busy. I asked to speak to a manager, because I would imagine Home Depot may care about selling plants that are infested with spiders mites. Still waiting on that call back.

Keep a safe distance from them! They will charge everything to your credit card once it is on file with them. His store's principal customer care agent and manager are both scam artists.

The parking is pretty good. I try to go at off times so I have never had a problem getting a close spot. They have what you need and the aisle are well marked.Service is hit or miss. I have had employees go out of their way to help and am usually asked if I need help finding anything. But, too many times I have bumped into the too busy to be bothered employees or just plain bad attitudes.
