We recently had our kitchen remodeled, the interior of our home painted and multiple light fixtures installed including recessed lighting. Enrique and his team were awesome. They explained how they would do the project from start to finish. They helped us with selecting the vendors for countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, paint, etc. When we made our choices he did a computer rendition of how the finished product would look like which was very helpful. He was honest in his estimates and gave us daily updates sent to a website. It was a very large job and took about a month. He and his crew were always prompt and cleaned up after each day. They did the work in sections which allowed my wife and I to maintain some sense of normalcy while the work progressed. The work encompassed the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and the downstairs bathroom to give you an idea of the amount of work done. We even had minor additional upgrades requested while the job was in progress. The upgrades were done and yet Enrique still completed the job on time.As far as how everything came out, all I can say is wow. The difference is night and day. The quality and craftsmanship really shows. My family, friends and neighbors who have seen it were impressed by the color scheme and the modern look that will never look dated. If anyone is considering any home project I highly recommend Iboy Construction Services. They will work to fit your needs and your budget. We spent more than our original budget but it was well worth every penny. Our open kitchen/dining room concept will never need to have additional work down the road which is important to me because I hate the feeling of going in cheap and lamenting the decision later. In a couple of years it will be our bathrooms and we will be using Iboy.

You’re not going to find better than Enrique and his team. Seriously- I reached out to five local construction companies and none of them even came close to his responsiveness or pricing. Then, when the time came to do the work, their attention to detail, proactive communications, and positive energy were stellar. They even brought us flowers and cleaned our house on the last day!

Enrique and his team crafted a custom sliding door for our upgraded electrical panel that was in a difficult area of our home. He was very creative and precise in his solution. I really appreciated how communicative, transparent, and convenient the entire process was. Ability to pay via credit card online, and online communication/ job status portal was a big plus for me! Will definitely call again in the future for any carpentry/ remodeling projects!!

I couldn't be happier with the work Iboy and the team did on my home. They resurfaced my front deck and completely rebuilt the back deck, and the results are nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the team was professional and attentive. The workers were not only skilled but also incredibly respectful, making the whole process a pleasure as they completed the project in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Enrique and his team. They helped us transform our Garage based on an idea from a Pinterest, and did a splendid job of the same. We had issues with our epoxy floor (sticky after a few days of installation) but the Iboy team did a great job of fixing it. The only Con I have is the time it took for the project to complete, but otherwise the results speak for itself - will highly recommend Enrique and his team for any custom home projects!Services: Install flooring

Enrique is very prompt in responding to request for an estimate. All of his workers are exceptional. I've hired them for several projects around the house. Recently had my entire sink replaced which used to be a 2 drain one with little space for dishes and now I one drain workstation one. I had given my door to Iboy on a Friday and he returned the door back to me Monday afternoon, the door came back looking brand new and he gave me the additional paint leftover. Enrique (and his team) were a delight to work with and did an exceptional job helping fix our shed. Enrique's communication and organization was excellent, and he made sure we were taken care of and our questions were answered along the entire process. Iboy Construction made two custom built-ins for us. One was in a bedroom which included a bookshelf and cabinet. The other was an entryway cubby. Enrique was responsive and worked hard to make sure both met expectations. He was able to match beveling on existing cabinet doors which was impressive. Enrique and his team are absolutely amazing! Iboy Construction Services enclosed a screened in porch and added a mud room along with all of the finishing work for us. He was very responsive and communicated promptly and clearly throughout the process. Showed up when he said he would and the entire team was very talented and professional. Since it was a remodel/addition, we were living in throughout the reno, and they took every precaution to keep our home clean and safe while the work was being completed. I hired Enrique and his team to complete a total tear-down and replacement of our front and back decks. They did a fantastic job on the rebuild and the staining, and they left the front yard and back patio area cleaner than before they started. Above all else, Enrique had amazing customer service and communication; he always reached out to confirm my style and building preferences. If he couldn't get in touch with me during the work day, he would email me and contact my husband to make sure we confirmed any changes before they were made. On multiple occasions, he would show up at the house to talk to me about the project at 6 am because he knew I needed to leave for work at 6:30 am. Even if I offered to go in late to work to accommodate his schedule, he insisted on adjusting his schedule for me. Enrique has superior communication and customer service, which is so hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Iboy Construction Services LLC!
