Customer service was appalling. Placed an order online and still haven't been able to pick it up. It is still being fulfilled apparently even though my email said it would be ready within the hour. Everyone appears like they are going to assist you but then disappear, when you think they are actually going to figure out why your order is being held up. All while trying to sell you more things but can't even produce your online order worth hundreds of dollars. This includes three managers that I came in contact with. Left this store without my items. The bathroom was disgusting so couldn't even relieve myself while waiting for over an hour for them to get my order together. Still waiting for an status email to pick ups my already paid for order. I wish I would have never ordered anything from there. I will not be back ever. I could not believe the lack of care when serving there customers. There was one young man that must've been new which was most helpful. He did his best. Someone please give him a better place to work. Zero stars.

Worst service ever, I went to purchase charger and cable for my iPad Pro and nobody could help to open the dam glass door to grab the charger.I looked around everywhere and nobody to help me. I'm really disappointed Best Buy was not like this. When I was leaving the store they were talking and laughing, just hanging out in a group instead of helping costumer.BestBuy needs a whole new crew.

We are designing a new construction home and needed to select kitchen appliances. After a few late nights sweating over the upsides and downsides of wall ovens I would have preferred to do ANYTHING with my Saturday except visit ANOTHER appliance store! We sat down for an appointment with Michael Cronauer who is a VIRTUOSO at kitchens! Voila! Everything is bundled and backed by a corporation that we know. This experience was easy, thorough and understandable. We got the kitchen and audio-video-home theater, and laundry room settled in one visit! I am super happy with this experience, and highly recommend!

I brought a range online. When I arrived to pick it up, it could not be found. After I complained, they gave me a discount on a better stove and a gift card. I am a happy customer.

I've been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years and have bought a lot of products from them, and appreciate an alternative to Amazon. The customer service has always been good...until now. I bought a rice cooker and had to wait for it to be delivered to my local store for pickup. I got it and the first time I tried to use it, the electronic timer didn't work, which is the whole point of a rice cooker. I brought it back for an exchange, but Best Buy Tysons Corner refused to and were completely unhelpful. They basically said it was my problem to resolve. Guess I will buy from Amazon in the future and not from Best Buy.

Breanna is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient! Came here for an exchanged, and it was done before we knew it. Bought a hard drive on BestBuy.com but it turned out to be lemon. So we came here for an in-store exchange. The price has since gone up (compared to the online price), but Breanna honored the original price and got a new unit in store. She processed the exchange efficiently. A big thank you and shout out to Breanna. Next, Keshawn in the appliance department deserves special kudos and thanks. He came to our home to do measuring and in-home consultation. Even before his arrival he was already quite communicative both on SMS texting and email. After the consultation we followed him to the store to select a unit that fits the space. The whole process--complicated as it is--turned out to be pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable thanks to Keshawn's knowledge and responsiveness. No pressuring, no up-selling. And he knows the ordering system and process well. The downside is that after placing our order we have to wait for 6 weeks for it to be delivered. While in store for the exchange we stopped by the appliance department, and Keshawn happened to be in! He recognized me and helped me look up our order to see if there's any progress. It's now in the warehouse waiting "fulfillment", hooray. This BestBuy is clean, well organized, and staffed at a good level (by post-pandemic standards). There's always someone at the door to greet you as you enter. Why four stars? Well, because this review reflects my mixed experience in the past 5 years. We ordered a washer and dryer before, and while the ordering experience was alright, the delivery experience was not. The truck got here, and since they did not heed our plea to come with a smaller truck due to the height limit of the garage, the big truck could not fit. The driver did not even bother calling us. He just drove away with our order. It took us forever to even track him down, and it became a comedy of errors of kicking footballs among various departments. We had to come into the Best Buy in person to fish our order out of the newly formed black hole. Our order was sitting idle, unclaimed, not even tagged with our names. It took forever to then rearrange delivery with a smaller truck. Let's hope things are on the mend this time.

I called a few days ago to schedule the Geek squad to set up my TV. It was the 888 number. It is scheduled and then I called back yesterday to see what the rate is for setting up and they told me the wait was 23 minutes but they would call me back so I would not have to wait. So I did that at a little after 2pm, waited, waited and at 4 no one had called. So I called back, got through in about 10 minutes time and asked the agent about pricing, said she had to check, left me on hold for 40 minutes and then disconnected the call. Why can't the company provide a list of FAQ's for these people so that they don't have to put you on forever hold. Why offer call back if you don't. This is so frustrating as a customer. Everyone's time if valuable and it would be nice if you provided service as if it was.

Incompetent staff here. I order two packs of speaker cables (the same exact item) for pickup. When I get home and look in the bag one cable is a power cable, the completely wrong type. How hard is it to get two of the same thing from the same brand? When I go to return, the cashier insists it's the correct cable and would only give me store credit. For an electronics store they don't know their stuff.

This is my favorite Best Buy, I have bought most of the appliances in my apartment from here. All the staff in the store is very knowledgeable and efficient. Every buying experience from here have been swift.

I came a few minutes after closing today and Christian, one of the leaders was kind enough to still let me pick up my order. He and another associate also helped load it into my car. Thank you Christian for allowing me to pick up my order and for making this a quick and easy pick up!

Bought an HP laptop from Best Buy less than 1 year ago. Brought my computer to this Geek Squad to get a warranty repair for a broken hinge (apparently a common issue with HPs). The man at geek squad was beyond rude and wouldn't even attempt to input the problem. He kept demanding that HP would deny a warranty repair for a mechanical issue. I end up going home and sending my computer directly to HP for a warranty repair. Within 2 weeks my laptop is fixed, free of charge, no questions asked. Save your time and don't go to this Geek Squad. The customer service here was awful!

Why is this place even open! The lack of customer service/attention is ridiculous. I stood in the Microsoft Windows section today for assistance, staff members whisked by "busily". Paying me no attention to me. I asked for help on two occasions still nothing. I walked out after about 20 minutes. Again, why is this place even open?!

Appalling lack of customer service. I was seriously ignored by an employee who I asked for assistance from while he continued texting on his phone. He was still texting and not helping customers when I left. I went in to buy a new iphone 13 which I was prepared to buy that day, but not one person assisted me. There were 3 sales reps by the AT&T desk who ignored all customers and amongst themselves all 3 were trying to turn off some alarm that was going off from one of the ipads after a customer was using it. When stores are trying to have in store sales and this is the service we get, there is no need to return. And from this experience, I wouldn't even order from Best Buy online. Hope Best Buy Bailey's Xroads/Falls Church takes heed of these reviews. In looking at other reviews, I am not alone in my experience here and the lack of customer service.
