This owner is a scam of the uhal branch they charge 2 days on rental of 11hours just because they asked when you book the truck for 10H!!!!????? Attached is proof of all charges for an additional 1 hour. Like a whole day, I will not let it happen again

The lady who works here is sooooooooooo rude and disrespectful! Absolutely horrible customer service! I walked in and she saw me, and continued doing what she was doing on her phone! I counted to 100 and she moved around on her stool, she scratched her neck but she NEVER looked up! Absolutely terrible!
