This owner is a scam of the uhal branch they charge 2 days on rental of 11hours just because they asked when you book the truck for 10H!!!!????? Attached is proof of all charges for an additional 1 hour. Like a whole day, I will not let it happen again

The lady who works here is sooooooooooo rude and disrespectful! Absolutely horrible customer service! I walked in and she saw me, and continued doing what she was doing on her phone! I counted to 100 and she moved around on her stool, she scratched her neck but she NEVER looked up! Absolutely terrible!

Please be careful. I just went to fill out 20 $ gas and buy a soda from cashier he said me it cost will be 25$. When I asked him give me more details how it's possible 20$ gas plus a small soda should cost 25$. He said me 20$ is your gas and 2.47$ is your soda plus 2.53$ tax for your soda. He was so rude and he thought people who just giving him their credit card is stupid and they can stealing money very easily.
