my girlfriend came in for two new tires and to have the new tires mounted to the front with the original tires being moved to the back. when we got to the shop we noticed the rotation wasn't done. the attendant behind the counter had a serious issue with us asking what was on the purchase order because he saw us looking at the car and noticing the tires were in fact not rotated. After he confirmed to us that the rotation was in fact on the purchase order he asked in a condescending tone "why didn't you just say the tire rotation wasn't complete in the first place." well news flash asshole this is "the first place" we opened a dialogue with you and needed the facts you had before we could confirm our assumptions. not only was he rude and disrespectful he knew the work wasn't complete and still made us seem like the persons at fault. truly unprofessional and inappropriate customer service.

Lousy work, damaged by TPMS sensor. Came in to fix a flat tire and patch it up ON a brand new 2023 Mazda CX-30. Car was return with the TPMS Low air tire/failure light on after they fixed the flat tire. Service tech, advise to drive the car a few miles and it would turn off, which it didn't after I left. Brought the car back, had them check the tire and sensor and apparently the sensor wasn't transmitting a signal. Ended up having to take the Brand new Mazda to the dealer to reset, but they advised me when they unmounted the tire, that the sensor was damaged/banged up. Therefore, the NTB service tech wasn't careful when unmounting the tire ans crushed the TPMS sensor with the tire removal tools. Cost for a Mazda TPMS sensor $280 plus installation.

The manager of this store's location, Kevin Williams, is truly a consummate professional that always looks to do the right thing by the customers. I have three vehicles and I bring all of them to this store because of the amazing job that Kevin and his team do every single time. I would highly recommend Kevin to all of my friends and family, as he is consistently excellent!!

Kevin Williams took great care of me just minutes before closing time when I came in with a tire about to go flat. He advised me on the best model for my car, and got me on my way. I would have had to put on my donut spare on the side of the road in the dark otherwise! Many thanks. Great work at a fair price.

She runs incredibly smoothly now with my new tires. It’s incredible…a whole new driving experience. If I need anything else I’ll be sure to stop in at my nearest NTB-National Tire & Battery.

Asked for an oil change and told them something was wrong with my driver side suspension! Did oil change! Could not find anything wrong with suspension, Didn’t calibrate the tires after rotation! Had to come back the next day! Didn’t understand what I was talking about! The manager on duty gave me attitude about the tires not being calibrated properly! ! Piss poor service and garbage mechanics! Horrible management! Still have a suspension problem! Waisted time! Never will ever go back to any NTB dump!

The 4 tire deal I got was okay but they didn't tighten the plastic lugs that secure my hubcaps to the wheel. I didn't lose a cap but everyone of those lugs was left loose. I also got a straight quote to replace my rear shocks for around $260. I called for an appointment today and another quote but this time the guy runs me around the block with we have to to look at it and $149/hr labor and $95 a shock which was beginning to sound alot like +300 plus...Ugh!!!! I'm getting the shocks for $45 apiece and putting them on myself.

This is on a Saturday, July 8th 2023. I called in at 12 PM to check if they could patch my tire. (I just had a nail or something small, and one the NTB guys saw it and said it was only a 15 min job and they would be able to take care of it when I took the car, more on that later)Was told to swing by, and did not mention any type of appointments on the phone. I arrive there and they inform me that they have appointments and that they are too busy. I am then told that I would need to wait 2+ hours for a "15-20 min" patch job for only one tire. I decided to make an appointment for 4:00 PM and then left. I came back at 3:50 PM, and one of the guys decided to ask me again which tire needed to be fixed, which was odd but I didn't mind reminding them which one needed to be fixed. I am waiting in the lobby, and 5 minutes later the same guy asks me again if it's the driver side back left, and I tell them again for the 4th time which tire it is. As I'm waiting in the lobby, it is now 5:00 PM. The guy that I had made an appointment with mentions that because I was missing the wheel lock and they couldn't find it in my car, they were unable to get the patch done. I had thought that the entire time of waiting more than an hour at this point, that they were almost done with the patch on my tire but they hadn't even started the work. I asked the employee why they hadn't started the work at around the time I had brought my car at the appointment time and he mentions that their "tech" just looked at right now and couldn't find the wheel lock, but they did go ahead and "filled up the tire with air" I asked to speak to the manager, and as I am talking to the manager (the store manager by the way) I was not once given an apology from the employee or the manager and I was told that "If you have an appointment with the doctors office, they don't see you right away" from the store manager because I asked them why it took them more than an hour to get started on tire patch work. There is a huge lack of respect for the customer's time, and I almost decided to talk to the regional manager for the area because the store managers behavior is extremely rude, and condescending. Deciding to be very argumentative, and lacking any understanding about the situation makes me wonder who promoted him and what type of training he is providing to his employees. At this point, it is around 5:10 PM and the store manager is still running his mouth as I am leaving the store inside.I wasn't expecting that my tire to not be fixed, and because it is so late in the evening, all the other shops in the area are closed and wouldn't be able to fix the tire for the car.The car is used by my family members and it is a safety concern at most, and the store manager and employee failed to understand that they wasted my entire day and I would have to get it done by someone on Monday. Attached are my appointment details and also a photo of the dashboard I took that shows that they didn't even bother to fill up my tire with air showing zero concerns for customer safety and lying as well.Would not recommend going there at all.

Last year, my husband purchased 4 new tires from NTB and was convinced to sign up for their warranty program. Yesterday, he got a flat tire and took the tire to NTB location in Falls Church (intersection of Arlington and Annandale). He dropped off the tire around 9am and was promised the tire would be ready by closing time. He waited until 5pm but has not heard anything from them. So, he called them back and was told that they didn't work on the tire yet. Since the location closed on Sunday, they asked my husband to call back on Monday to confirm when his tire would be fixed. After my husband asked them to prioritize his tire for Monday's morning, they told him the tire could not be fixed and he would need to purchase a new tire. At this point, my husband was upset with how unprofessional they were. So, he stopped by NTB and pick up his tire. This morning, he dropped off the tire at Tire Plus location on Lee Highway near Merrifield. The tire was fixed within an hour. Needless to say, we would not return to NTB for future needs. They would sell you warranty service but won't honor it.

The dealership was asking $350 for a battery and labor. These guys quoted me for $190. Always friendly service from Kevin and his tech. Feels like they will always have your back. Will return again in the future!

My experience with NTB was great! Ethan was super helpful getting my replacement tire on order asap and for a huge deal vs another shop. The store manager I worked with in person was also very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

I dropped off a tire that needed flat repair due to a screw that I picked up in my tire while driving. I came back 2 and a half hours later and the gentleman at the front desk informed me I had two additional screws in my tire, and that they couldn't be removed and patched. Nobody thought to contact me about this via phone or email. Additionally, the screw that I had originally come in for had been removed and plugged. I was told that the screw had disappeared and the plug that was in its place was a previous plug that was now leaking. I've never had this tire plugged. Ever. That made no sense. I left with my tire, took it to a different shop, and they said the two additional nails (that NTB found) weren't leaking and didn't need repaired. They plucked them right out, fixed the original problem with an internal patch, and I went on my way. Don't waste your time here!

Great and quick service, was able to get in same day for all 4 tires and they completed the job quickly. They also made me aware of other small things that needed to be repaired which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Kevin ( store manager ) was a huge help when we came in to quickly get a tire/valve core replacement. Will definitely return.
