I came to Michael’s to use the framing service thinking it would be cheaper than Framebridge. Not only was I incorrect, the service was horrible and the process has been very frustrating. The woman who helped me was quite slow and seemed novice. I didn’t realize at the time that she typed in my name and phone number wrong. I never received a confirmation email, and after 2 months of waiting for a call, I called to find out my frame had been ready for weeks. When I went to pick up, the frame was scratched and had to be fixed. I asked for a call from the manager, which I never received. I will never be using their services again.

Not as well stocked or staffed as other Michael's, but convenient with good parking. The 2 stars are for the classes--just awful, e.g., instructor late for class, instructor not prepared (had to read instructions for the project), not enough supplies for the whole class, allowed too many people to sign up (were told we only had 15 minutes more, even though it was to be a 2 hr. class, because others were waiting to join in). This is the second class I've taken here and the first class was poor also. No more classes here for me!

A shout out to Gregory M. in the Framing department at the Falls Church location for going out of his way to help me mount a small watercolor in a standard size frame. Even though this was not a custom framing work, he went above and beyond his call of duty to assist me and provided excellent service.
